“Called about getting renter's insurance for first time. Everything was done in a couple of minutes by phone. Then went in person to get policy and pay for a year. So fast, easy and simple. However, we did have a long lovely conversation both by phone and in person about all kinds of things not related to insurance. Diane is so friendly and good hearted. “Barry and his team are incredibly accommodating to the needs/budget a person requires. He will work with you personally to ensure the needs you have and policies you desire.Update:: Unfortunately I left Allstate; but it came with a heavy heart because I realized Barry does not make it a professional relationship; he makes it a personal one because he genuinely cares about helping people and being conscientious of their needs. Me leaving Allstate is in no way a reflection of who Barry is as a person and insurance agent. I would still recommend him despite my leaving the Insurance Company.”

“Timothy K Brown is, and has ALWAYS been, a fantastic agent. Gets back to me quickly, answers any questions HONESTLY (I've had bad experiences in the past with other insurance agents being dishonest), and doesn't try to force me into anything I'm not interested in. Nothing wrong with asking, but some people go WAY too far after you've made it clear you aren't interested. I can't think of a single time Timothy has disappointed me or left me hanging, which happens CONSTANTLY with other companies these days (never call back, don't answer emails, etc). I wouldn't say I'm a hard customer to please, but many don't measure up anymore. I'm happy to say Tim DOES and then some!! I hate doing reviews but he deserved this one. thanks, Michael Burger”
