First of all are you kidding???? I called into this store took 20 minutes for someone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone then someone finally picked up the phone and had no care in the world about my needs and put me on hold for another 8 minutes. This is the reason I don’t use CVS they should take notes from Walgreens around the corner…. What a bunch of rude useless idiots. I will call corporate tomorrow this is not over. Please take the 1 star off and make it a negative 5.

I used CVS since 2009 and this one is beyond repair with customer care and knowledge!More than one time I give a hand proscription and they state will be ready in 15 to 20 min, after 40 min when I wait in line the one who take the pickup order “will not notify who” she shack to people like they work for her and she is the BOSS of the house!!! Kick you out stating she can not help. The answer all the time Either we lost it or it’s out of stock, really!!!! All should be trained and trained and trained again, bringing others from other locations will not help they do the same, This particular CVS need a culture customer care training, if you are a nurse a Dr a cashier a Cleaning you should be treat people the same at the end this is not your own business that’s why you don’t care about a Job, the corporate need to train all of you sadly.Sadly it’s not a lot but you lost a 5 people family, and for sure if you know how’s marketing do each will equal to 15 and more.

Terrible location. Manager needs to be fired.Went for a vaccine. Made a reservation, showed up on time, and had to wait an hour (while standing!). Nobody could even be bothered to come to the line and say "sorry". We all just stood around, hopelessly waiting and complaining to each other. The people in front of me were walk ins and they somehow got serviced before me. What's the point of reservations?!?One of the customers ahead of me asked for a printout of what they were vaxed with (lot number, dosage, etc/). This should take 30 seconds but somehow gummed up the works for at least ten minutes. When I asked for the same I was told that everyone was on break and that I'd need to come back in an hour. I just took pictures of the vax box. There was an alarm beeping at the front of the store for a good 30 minutes of my wait, which only added to my frustration. Four people working in pharmacy, plus other workers stocking and at the cashier, and NOBODY is annoyed by this unrelenting beeping?I generally have great experiences at other local CVS stores. But I'll never go back to the Boonton location.

I won’t use this location anymore. Every time I use drive through for picking up prescription, I wait 30-40mins with 2 cars in front of me. totally understaffed.

CVS in Lincoln Park. It is the closest CVS to me and I really enjoy going there. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly and will to go the extra mile to help as best as they can.

Some employees in the pharmacy are rude and not professional, but the pharmacist and the Manger were nice and resolve the problem, NOT recommend the CVS in Lincoln Park at all . I don't want to go to the Manger every time.Bad experience

Had to get a pcr covid test this morning. Got help at driver thru immediately and took 10 minutes or so total. Easy and efficient.

Painstakingly slow, takes approx 20-25 mins for a drive-thru covid test. Most of the information was already provided at the time of scheduling an appointment. They ask for the same information which is a waste of time. I have been to other places where it takes not more than 5 minutes. They can do a better job by improving the data collection process. Poor employees seem to be burned out and also staff shortages.

Not great. I went through their drive up for a COVID test. I got on line early (approximately 12:10 for a 12:20 appointment). It took 25 minutes for them to get through the two cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was given a signal to wait again by a male employee..so I waited another 5 minutes. Then a female employee from the other side of the pharmacy asked my name. I spelled it out slowly and clearly…. Then I waited another 5 minutes. Finally, I am handed off to a third employee, who I can barely hear because the other two are now arguing with a customer in the other lane. So I asked the girl to speak slower and louder so I could understand her questions/directions, even though I prepared myself for the test before I went in. Right before I left for the test, I watched the CVS COVID-19 Testing tutorial so I would do it efficiently and correctly. It instructs you to “check your name and birth date to make sure they are correct on both the vial and the enclosed lab sheet” , but when I tried to do so, she told me NOT to touch them and NOT to check them. When I explained what I was doing, she told me “We check them and they are two DIFFERENT names so they won’t match” ….REALLY?! I told her that they were the SAME NAME-MY NAME and that according to the CVS tutorial we are supposed to check them. Obviously, she is uninformed about CVS testing procedures. It took longer than necessary because of their inefficiencIes and on top of that, they are giving misinformation to customers regarding how to complete the procedures for the test. It did not inspire confidence in me. Needless to say, I will try to stay away from the CVS @Lincoln Park in the future.

These are the most rude pharmacist I have encountered. The Indian lady is the worst of them all. Left 2 prescriptios to get refilled at 9:00 a.m. and by 12:00 p.m. they were still not fulfilled so I called at 1:00 p.m. then again at 5:30 p.m. and was talked to extremely rude by the Indian lady. Was constantly cut off when I tried to explain why I needed them filled today. These pharmacist need to be fired just on their customer service, mainly the Indian lady. Going to start using Walgreens or Walmart.

The customer service rep behind the counter ( not pharmacy, the store itself) was really rude and unprofessional when I asked for help. This was not my first encounter with that person, and I have seen him treat other customers in the similar way. Totally unnecessary, unprofessional and uncalled for. As a loyal customer of CVS for many years, it's a big turn off and dissapointment.
