I shop in Ace Hardware of Lincoln park frequently and find very good selection and staff is very helpful and doing great job.
I am especially pleased with Ice, Joshua who are always glad to assist.

They have everything you need here and the store is well stocked, but that isn’t a surprise since everything here is twice as expensive as Home Depot.

It’s like going back to 1950. They are slow. Don’t know where anything is. And every time you go to pay, you would think they are building a spaceship to the moon.
Train your staff- to understand where everything is.
Train them on using the register
And if someone has a business account treat them like a vip. Never coming again
