“Just picked up my vehicle yes it was a long repair process but look at the outcome below.My initial review of this business was a one star rating based on my frustration and lack of communication between all parties involved .The process wasn’t smooth numerous hiccups in my opinion, putting that aside wanted to say this collision center did An OUTSTANDING JOB repairing my vehicle, I included 2 pictures one before and one after to show what an amazing job Dave and his team did to repair my vehicle, my apologies for poor rating prior but I’m modifying my initial rating to a 5 star rating and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this collision center, as well as Dave and his team.Thank you !I tried many times reaching out to find out what’s going on with my car , it’s been at the collision center since Dec 18th, the center was recommended by my insurance company considered an EXPRESS collision center,it’s Jan 19th my rental agreement is over with my insurance company now causing me to incur out of pocket expenses for an accident that wasn’t my fault.Why is it called an EXPRESS center ?Now I’m going to give 1 star rating until I’m able to receive the information I requested in my emails.Unhappy customer !”
