Vegan approved!! I finally found a low dosage of B12, which is a lot safer than the higher dosage products out there. I will continue to purchase this brand because I trust Solgar. It's in a glass bottle, and it's a sane "serving" of B12. The price is good too, and they are easy to swallow. ?
