“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”
“Been coming here for years - mostly for phone chargers and to print documents when I didn't have a printer years ago. Staff here has always been friendly, helpful and courteous with me. Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.”
“I'm more than elated to give this store a 5 Star review in hopes that corporate sees this about DUANE . He is an incredible, kind, soft spoken articulate and a multitasker. I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. She then walked us through the steps on how to use the amazon return machine and was very patient with my mother as she had many questions about how to do it on her own. “Hey Guys!Been here a few times myself. Honestly the reviews gave me a heads up of what to expect, But once I was there I didnt experience none of this "bad Customer service" or lady tossing papers... Crazy right? But anyways I was able to send a few papers via express delivery, Lady was nice and explained how everything was going to work out. Not sure why people are complaining because every single time im here I dont get any bad customer service or get papers tossed at, Maybe its not always the employees and sometimes its the customers giving bad attitude I guess well never know.”
