I've created four accounts here over the last several years, and use the app, ATM, and tellers quite often. I have never been disappointed with any interaction I've had at the Leonia branch. Specifically, Nellie, and Lena are outstanding and always willing to go the extra mile. Kudos all around.

Good location, service was good, they have atm machine on site. PNC bank branches are most of East coast.

No greeting to start off....... she looks at me with a grin then The teller cuts me off in the middle of my sentence, what do you know, does completely wrong stuff..... i simply call her over and just write it on paper for her to see.... now she comes back with attitude, throwing the cash around, slamming the drawers and so on.......... puts the bundle of loose cash on counter........i had to ask for envelope and bag to carry it....... what bag??? Do you want a garbage bag???? ......... really????? Garbage bag??????? This was coming out of assistant manager's mouth......... Do you not know of small plastic bag for drive thru customers with PNC logo on it???????? what is happening to PNC?????

I have been using the Leonia branch for about 5 years now. Every Saturday I cash and deposit my check by the drive thru trusted them so much I never needed a receipt. The last time I went I ask if they can cash my check and deposit half of it which never was a problem shortly after going home I realized they indeed cashed my check so I can have some of the funds available but decided with the remainder of the cash decided to deposit it as a transaction. when I called to complain the tellers comment was I was doing you a favor. when I asked the teller she said there is nothing she could do it was still 1:40 on Saturday during banking hours. I ended up calling 800-PNC-BANK and after dealing with the automatic secretary for 40 minutes a customer service agent came on and said she didn't understand why the branch manager would take care of it she had already cashed the check. Point Being I strongly recommend double checking the work that you expect the Leonia Branch to do.
