Edit:Come to find out they never shimmed the pto, just bolted directly to the transmission on installation. Absolutely no backlash at all. 11,500 miles and I have metal shavings in my Eaton gear box. What a wonderful install.Original review:Reason for the 2 stars is because their shop guys do good work, other than that it wasn’t a very good experience.Between the brothers, office personnel, and salesman, no one is on the same page at all.This was my first truck I’ve ever bought new and was able to custom build. I was very disappointed that it didn’t get done to the 100% satisfactory that I wanted. I needed the truck right away due to another truck going down, and don’t believe they would have cared enough to correct it anyway.First, hydraulic tank was installed on passenger side which I even asked if there was enough room on driver side and was told “yes” even though after the fact there wasn’t and it was mounted on passenger side without confirming with me.No outside controls were mounted, like I was also originally quoted for. I was told “it’s a hook lift, no need to have outside controls.” And then, “they are on back order, we can’t get at the moment.” I had to find that out after going and looking at the truck. I was not notified by anyone else.I was also told the locks for my containers and toolboxes would be mounted by a certain date (I sent measurements and model of hoist to go off of), again… not true. Thankfully I went down in person, and measured. They were then corrected and moved, and toolboxes were then made quickly.After a couple weeks of running I noticed the hydraulic lines have worn through from them rubbing an airline bracket.I’ve reached out to Andy to let him know that I’ve moved the bracket, and if that could send new hydraulic lines that I could install because it was an improper install, and not noticed before it was shipped out.Again, no one has gotten back to me.Lesson learned, and will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim
