Clean rooms, very accommodating, & friendly staff, Beautiful park nearby, Bagels in the Hill great breakfast spot!, breakfast at the Quality Inn is great! Eggs styles, different breakfast meats available, yogurts, waffle, coffee, big eating area in the front lobby. Good internet. Our family will always book here because we know the great service we will get!

The room was unfortunately smoked in and probably often . Although each room does state NO SMOKING sign . It’s probably in the carpeting or walls and had/has not been well ventilated . If that does not bother u , I can tell you it was clean and fairly quiet location. The clerk was very attentive to our

Very nice place with an outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious. The beds were big and comfortable. It's all around great experience.Rooms: Big and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Had a nice size mini fridge. The TV was a nice size.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great they have so many options. Eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, fruits, juices, coffee, and milk.

The rooms are DISGUSTING! MOLD EVERYWHERE! Wrinkled blankets like they have been used and brown stains on the bed sheets like they weren't changed. The room smelt like pee and mold. The front desk manager and cleaning lady being rude was the cherry on top. Never again.The manager Johana Cortes and cleaning staff were beyond rude. Do not stay here!!! Nasty and unsanitary!

I absolutely love this place. My fiancé and I have stayed here for at least 50 nights, not a long term stay but separate bookings. We have never had any kind of issue here at all. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, the price is unbeatable for the location. Rabi, one of the employees at the front desk, always goes above and beyond with his customer service. He is very considerate, he will book our preferred room if it is available and even remembers the name of the stuffed animal that my fiancé and I travel with. We will certainly stay at this location if we are near the area again, it’s the best!Rooms: So nice!! The regular rooms are great, very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and a nice size flat screen TV in each room. The whirlpool jacuzzi rooms - wow! Booking one of those rooms is always a treat, those are my fiancé and I’s favorite.Safety: Very safe area, extremely safe for New Jersey. The building is maybe 500 feet away from a police station. I will say though that it is not a very walkable area at all, you can but there are no sidewalks nearby.Food & drinks: The Asian restaurant that is right next door is very good! DoorDash, UberEats, and McDonalds app delivery are all meal options that my fiancé and I have tried, they work well and the delivery times are pretty quick.

The hotel was clean. The Wi-Fi had good connection. The tv didn’t have any issues. There was a working microwave and fridge. The staff including the front desk guy, the housekeepers, and women in the breakfast were very friendly and nice. They offered free continental breakfast like eggs, sausage, package pasteries, yogurt etc. There was ample parking. None of the guests bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable. The rooms had a king bed, couch, desk, microwave, and mini fridge. The area is safe and quiet. And the room was a great rate!

Nice motel for the price. Rooms are very clean (checked with ultraviolet light). The carpet seems brand new . The furniture is a little old but in good shape. Refrigerator, safe and microwave. Small bathroom but large room. Near Lake Hopatcong but not walkable to anything. Chinese Diner on site. Would stay again.

This motel is a travel motel not the park Sheridan. It’s rooms are clean (I’ve stayed here 6 times in the last year) they serve a real breakfast. Have a clean pool, and for the most part is a clean motel. The best part is the friendly staff but the really best part is the restaurant.If you like Chinese food the Asian diner is a gem they also serve sushi which I’ve never tried. Now as for rooms smelling like smoke I’ve never experienced that. Every room I’ve ever gotten was adequate sure cheap motel furniture but I’m not there for that all I care about is clean rooms comftable bed and a good night sleep and that’s what I got.No complaintsFood & drinks: Asian diner is a really good restaurantGood food

Don’t stay here an absolute dump. Hotel is filled with homeless that smoke. First room I went into smelled of smoke second room was fine. Did not feel safe walking around the lobby. Spend the extra $30 and go somewhere

The second floor looked like it had not recieved the update to the finishes that they had done downstairs. Our room was kind of smelly and I'm not sure what is up with the water. The shower water would periodicly come out barely above a drizzle. It was enough to get an emergency shower if you stood right under it. I called zero and they told me it was due to construction. I'm not sure if I believe this because the water pressure was low at 7:30 pm and 4:00 am on the day we had to get to the airport. When the water was working, it had good pressure and would get nice and hot (almost too hot so be careful).I would like to end on a positive note tho.... everyone we spoke with was very friendly and the room service was really good. I feel like the area is pretty safe. We did see police officers patroling the parking lot.The desk guy recommended the attached "Asian" restaurant and it was quite amazing. I definitely recommend going there.

Room was a typical stay. Pool was closed considering it was only the end of February. Continental breakfast was not great this is your average 3* hotel def not worth the $109 a night. Booked room with a jacuzzi and didn't get it cuz there is only one hot tub room and it was already booked. Hotel is off the highway in the sticks not exactly a walk friendly type of hotel. Cannot remove anything from the breakfast area coffee or other .. wasn't really Impressed. So to me this place is average.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows were awesome. Shower was great. Closed captioning available on TV. AC/heat, microwave, fridge, ice maker all worked as they should. Front Desk personnel were really nice. Had an issue with our first room and he had no problem getting us a new one. Please consider offering powder non-dairy creamer in the lobby for coffee.

Nice little motel. We stayed here for several.days while visiting our son and family. Clean and quiet. Breakfast included pre-cooked eggs and sausage - a plus with the "continental" breakfast.A good Asian restaurant on site. Generous servings of good food.
