“It was very busy when I arrived. Everyone at desk was lovely. Car i was given i feel wasn't checked over properly. During my week my car had issues. I had to take it to another enterprise but they had me take it to a oil change center to get oil changed and fluids added. Tire pressure was 79psi. I was sweating the stress. Thought I was going to have a blowout. Returning car was good. Girl at desk was lovely. No one cared about car issues. Idk ?‍♀️ I still like enterprise and would rent from them. They are local. Just check your car first.”

“I had an emergency situation, my new hybrid went dead, when I called Enterprise. The assistant manager, Joe, was empathetic, professional, and reassuring. He had Diego pick me up within minutes and got me into a new Ford Bronco upon arrival. They reached out during the week to see how I was doing, and I could not be more appreciative. If Joe and his manager, Mark represent the service provided by all enterprise car rental destinations, there is no reason to even consider using someone else. Hats off to Team Enterprise of Rockaway!”

“The entire staff I encountered was absolutely incredible, they were patient and beyond accomadating. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. They went above and beyond to help me anyway they could. Sincerly recommend to anyone in the area. If you need to rent a car. This is the place to go. Rose and Carlos were amazing to talk to and made me feel like family during a difficult time and put me at ease.”

“What an amazing experience! Ask for Howie I went down the list and called every Kia dealer looking for a Carnival EX in black, grey or blue. Every dealer I spoke with said they would call me right back (and didn't), told me they had to run my credit over the phone to give me price on the car (even though we weren't financing it), didn't have a car in stock, or just wouldn't give me a price without coming in to the showroom (even when I explained I was very pregnant and on bedrest). Global Automall and Kia Bridgewater were adding an automatic $5k mark up. Eventually I got to Motion Kia and Howie. I asked for the out the door pricing and what colors they had coming in, etc. Howie said he called right back with an out the door price... and actually did. There was no BS just honest answers. I gave a deposit over the phone and when we went in to pick up the car everything was set and ready to go. I couldn't believe how quickly we were in and out. Howie also took the time to set up the Kia app and he sat with us in the new vehicle and showed us all the features the car had to offer. He was even able to mail us the plates as the dealership was about an hour from where we live.Truly an amazing experience from start to finish, my husband and I were extremely pleased with the customer service and fair pricing the dealership offered.”
