Not sure why there are reviews about Jay being negative… He was fantastic and I have to assume people simply made unreasonable demands or it was one of those things where people think their bike is worth more than it is cause they spent money on mods yada yada yada.. That said, Jay and Ed were both great and went above and beyond with a somewhat complicated residency issue but they prevailed and i have a great sportster. I’d def go back!

The manger Jay has to be one of the worst people to ever work at a dealership. Nasty to me the whole time then slams my keys down on my seat. After insulting me in front of another customer. since the other customer was also in there to try to sell a basically same bike with more miles. I informed that customer what they had offered me and wished said customer the best of luck. After that he essentially kicked me out of the store. This was all after they test rode my bike and beat the hell out of it. Atleast 100mph down 22

Jay yells at his customers and is as selfish as someone can be. Such a shame that all of the wonderful sales reps have to work under someone so rude.

Was in there with a buddy this week to sell a 2020 bike that’s in damn near show room condition, with roughly 2500 miles on it. The manager Jay was incredibly rude, insulting and just unbelievably unprofessional. He low balls you on prices and makes it to seem you have no idea what you are talking about. Said the bike was in rough shape and beat the hell out of it on a test ride. I would not ever recommend this Harley location or any Harley dealer for that matter, there’s an Indian dealer right down the road stop there if you want a real bike ????

No customer service while on 3/28/24. I was the only person there. Not even a hello. Spent 20 minutes looking at 2024 models,helmets and jackets. Looking into riding again. Sadly this is not the place to go to buy a new bike

I was in your area there in New Jersey for a Women in The Wind international. Rode my bike from Arizona. My clutch cable went out right before I got to the motel. Your Harley-Davidson shop helped me right away. Along with the clutch cable, the service department did a much needed oil change.Great service, great customer service
