Made a mistake and put the wrong zip code on the package, but didn’t realize it until I got home. Went back and they were friendly and found the package and changed the zip right before closing. Saved the day!

Women who was helping me was very rude. I was just going to the post office because a package I had ordered said it was being held there. When I told her that she answered with well do you have your mail on hold because if so I can’t help you. I simply answered saying I’m not sure all I know is that the tracking number says it is being held here. As I was about to give her the tracking number she said well I can’t look it up or help you because someone else is using the computer, you’ll have to figure it out. Veryyyy rude women!! The man there however seemed very nice but unfortunately he was helping another customer.

I ordered a product on Amazon and they didn't even bother to try and deliver it, apparently there was an attempted delivery but I received no notice or anything at my door or even in the mail, and everytime I try calling they're always busy.

What's going on! We keep receiving our neighbor's mail and I'm pretty sure they are receiving ours, because we have so much missing expected mail that nevwr seems to make it to our box. We live at 127 and our neighbor lives at another 127 address, almost a mile and a half away. Please mail carrier, read the whole address through. Do not just group mail by numbers. There are multiple same number addresses in our area and you can very easily mix up and make many mistakes being lazy eyed. I am quite sure you passed the mail carrier test. These ongoing mistakes are not once in a blue moon. These mistakes have been happening consistantly for years almost every official mail day Monday-Saturday. I called customer service to Address-NO PUN INTENDED-this problem, but the hold time is over an hour wait to speak with customer service. Not happening. I do not have the time for this. Best I just make a stop at my local post office and address this situation directly. I had to do this before when complaining about too many of my personal business -not general- mail have been delivered Opened, as if someone being nosy wants to get into my private business. This post office does not conduct business professionally. Disappointed "Current Resident". :/ Less then 1 STAR.

The post office has been coming to our building for over a decade and they have been always very pleasant even though they are overtaxed due to one of the main hubs closing. Thank you for all that you do for our community!

I've lived all over NJ and never had a problem with the Post Office, until now. Because we complained once about several misdelivered packages, our mail carrier Renee has been a vindictive psycho. Packages have been damaged, magazines ripped, mailbox left open in the rain, and any mail that has not had our entire correct names on the address has been returned to sender with no attempt at delivery (this is awesome when it's a birthday present for a 3 year old. I hope our carrier feels so proud of her pettiness). We now have a "case file" with USPS Customer Service. Postmaster Brenda has never attempted to fix this problem, has been absent EVERY time we have been to the branch to speak with her personally, and I do NOT trust this branch at all (with the exception of Joe, who seems decent and nice and sane). I mail letters and packages elsewhere, and we wait for the next intentional harassment and fuckup and ineffectually report it. As a small business owner, I rely on mail and packages coming to my house, and this has been incredibly stressful and annoying. What a nightmare. AVOID. What a black eye for the USPS; it makes the entire service look bad. Just do your job.
