He was great to talk to on way to the destination and even took a few minutes to stop for me on the way. Last thing I wanted to be doing today but meeting Nick made the afternoon better

“Brought my sons 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks back that needed some engine and front end work. Phil was honest about what was wrong with it and what it would cost. I gave him the go ahead to do it all which would have run us about $1800. After completing some of the repairs, he called me and said "I don't think you should spend the money on the rest of these other repairs because it's not going to make it run any better and its safe to drive without replacing the struts." He basically gave away about $850 worth of additional repairs because he knew we were tight on money and this was something that could be repaired in 6 months or so, if we wanted. The car drives great for a 15 year old vehicle. Wish there were more people out there like Phil.”
“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”
“Very nice body work after the car was sideswiped and Allstate referred me to Mike’s Auto Body in August of 2024. The repair took 2 weeks as promised. And I especially appreciated Kevin calling after a week to give an update and confirm the estimated completion date. I would refer a friend or family to Carstar Mike’s.”

I’m sorry I didn’t get the drivers name. He was quick, efficient, careful and a very nice man. I would definitely use them again, if needed!”
“I had an "Above and Beyond" experience with my repair on my 2018 RAM 2500. They repaired the driver's side door and replaced the driver's side mirror. When I picked up my truck, the repaired door and mirror looked great, but what was above and beyond was the whole truck was detailed to look like NEW, including the tires and rims. Everything sparkled! I was blown away with the quality of service. I walked back in the office after seeing my brand new looking truck, and Al asked if there was something wrong with the repair, and I said no, I just wanted to thank him and his staff for a great job, kudos to all! It was my third time using them for insurance repairs, and they never disappoint, and they stand by their work.”

“Came in to get my water pump changed after a leak and he ordered the parts. Took a few days for them to come in and he fixed it within a day. Prices were fair. Hes very knowledgeable and also showed me before and after pictures. I left very satisfied.”
