New town, new (to me) gym. Great coaching, programming and community. Smaller classes so lots of individual attention. One of the best gyms I've been to - feel fortunate to have landed here!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and decided to drop in for a class. Eric was friendly and an awesome coach to work with. I coach at a CrossFit gym in Massachusetts, and I would highly recommend coming in for a class.

Great hidden secret tucked into the Lenanon Plaza. This gym is filled with intelligent and friendly staff and a great environment, whether your looking for a family gym or a place to compete this is it!
