After DECADES of going some place else, I made the tough decision to switch after a few issues brought up my dog’s annual visit were dismissed.Round Valley welcomed me in, took a good look at my boy, confirmed one issue (it wasn’t as bad as I thought, but was there) and recorded another to keep an eye on.The other place said my 3 year old dog needed severe dental work when I brush his teeth a few times a week and back teeth are white. Round Valley was impressed by his mouth and marveled by saying “wow, pet owners usually miss the back teeth! You are using the safest and best dental bones on the market”THANK YOU ROUND VALLEY!

Dr. Marks and her staff are great. I've been taking my many pets to Dr. Marks for more than ten years. Dr. Marks and her staff clearly care. Anyone that suggests that Dr. Marks is in it just for the money couldn't be more mistaken. Pet care can be very expensive, particularly for older pets. That said, Dr. Marks is very reasonable and I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary testing or vaccines for any of my babies. I've also never been blindsided by a bill. I would much prefer getting a high estimate, worst case scenario, and a lower final bill than the other way around. I had been to several other vets before finding Dr. Marks. While they all seemed competent, none of them were as compassionate and thoughtful. I trust that Dr. Marks will take great care of my babies and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

The best animal hospital. I have been taking my two Golden’s here from 13+ years and always happy and satisfied with Dr. Marks. Dr. Marks and her staff are the best of best! I paid over $2600 at Crown valley for multiple tests and no detection for my older dog Genie. With Dr. Marks in a small blood test for $20 we found out that genie had immunity disorder and her treatment was started! Always very friendly and experienced. Love them!!

The MOST caring wonderful people. Dr. Marks has been through the full life cycle of two of my beloved dogs seeing them through to the end, and me! I have three younger pups now and the care and attention at Round Valley really feels like family.

I brought my senior cat here because he wasn’t doing well health wise. This vet kept saying more blood work and visits were required to properly diagnose him. I ended up going to a different vet instead shortly after where they were able to diagnose him immediately with the end stages of chronic kidney disease with a heart murmur. I had to put him down and 2 months later I get flowers in the mail from this vet without ever notifying them of his passing. It’s a slap in the face because they were too money hungry to either diagnose my cat or have the decency to tell me nothing can be done.

The veterinarian and Sarah went above and beyond for me. My only family member is my dog , Serafina. She was urinating blood and very uncomfortable ( she's 6 ). After speaking with a different receptionist, the vet came to my rescue and made room for my baby grl to be seen that day. I was initially told no way ( by another receptionist). My boyfriend had just had a heart attack and my mom had passed almost two years to the day. Thank you Sarah and the veterinarian as well as her assistant for helping me in such a difficult time.

Was referred to Round Valley Animal Hospital by a friend after having not great experiences with vets in the Bridgewater area. Brought our newly adopted puppy to Dr Marks and she and her staff were great. Highly recommended!

I took my puppy to be spayed as I had a certificate from FOA. I found this practice comfortable and inviting. I have been looking for a new vet. Highly recommend
