Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They kept my shingles outbreak to a bare minimum with little to no discomfort.I always say you get what you pay for. You can go cheap through Amazon/ internet and you never know where your sources are coming from or you can go to the real deal. Maybe you’ll spend a little bit extra money but my opinion it’s absolutely worth it!I am grateful to have healthy balance in my neighborhood :-)

Life-saver!! I have been going to Jane for help with anything and everything for over a decade. She has guided me and my family through a number of issues successfully with her knowledge and high grade supplements. Small but mighty. A good selection of products, probably 95% - 99% coverage of the category you are looking for (although possibly not every specific brand). What they don't have, they can get for you.Excellent product advice across all categories, especially herbs and homeopathic treatments.

Healthy Balance is the anchor at the end of a long rode. Regardless of how far of a drive it would be for you to get there, it is worth the trip. Jane is a walking encyclopedia in the knowledge and expertise of all products Healthy Balance has in store. What is not part of the inventory is easily ordered. Living at a great distance, myself, it is comforting to know that my elderly mother's health and wellbeing is in good hands. Jane has continued to have concern for all of her customers as though they are family. Can't say enough in regard to her impeccable customer relations. My mother has been a long-time customer of Healthy Balance. With patience and concentration from Jane and staff, I was brought up to date, and easily worked with my mother's vitamin/mineral and nutrient regiment, able to understand it, agree to adjust it, and also be the go-between with her primary care physicians and physical therapists. The longevity of the business shows her dedication to service, and the customers who continue to return, again and again.

Just found this gem the other day. I went in with a list of what I thought I needed and Jane pointed me in a better direction. She really listened to me & what I wanted to accomplish by taking these supplements. She looked a couple of things up, patiently answered my questions then left me alone to think about what she said with no pressure to buy. Thanks, Jane & Chris - really liked that Ginger Kombucha!

Cute local grocery with a variety of prices. Organic, vegan, and vegetarian options. Owned and managed by women! Kombucha under 3$ and CBD products were 20% off. Fresh soups, wraps, and things like protein powders are very pricey (7$ soup, 5$ wraps, etc).

I've shopped in other health food stores and always end up coming back to Healthy Balance. Jane and the gals have recommended things that were not in their store and did not result in a sale. They care for their customers as if they were family. They are knowledgeable and will special order items that normally are not on their Shelf. Always a pleasure to work with.
