I am a very satisfied client. Your office is quick to answer all questions and very informative. The staff is helpful and friendly. In March 2018 someone hit 2 of my parked cars. Insurance is a very funny subject to me. We are all stuck paying for it and most of the time we don't see anything in return. I think first time in my life I don't feel bad doing it. Bonnie is the only agent that actually reached out to me just to check if everything is ok with policies. That personal touch means everything to me. With everything being so automated these days and all of those terrible commercials is easy to get misled to switching into something that most of us don't have clue about. I'm with Allstate because of Bonnie, not with Bonnie because of Allstate.Thank you for being my agent.
