absolutely buffoonish. Under no circumstance go w security cameras through Comcast. Four trips out and they never sent somebody that could install the cameras. The one guy from hello Tech didn't want to come down the driveway saying "they don't pay me enough" because my driveway is long and gravel. multiple other times they missed appointments or sent people out that had no skill, knowledge of the problem and immediately punted. Total waste of time with zero empathy in the office. This is what govt monopolies does to service.

Comcast is a terrible company. They don't even list the store phone number here and it's impossible to obtain. The 800 number listed is completely prohibitive of in any way reaching the store. Just terrible!!!!

I want to be clear, all of the associates who talked to me were very nice and respectful, however they either lack training or ignore the customer needs in order to make sales and increase their quotas. A sales associate named Russell sold me a plan including mobile lines, he stated it was going to be very easy to port my lines from T-mobile to Xfinity, well that was not the case. One of my lines got stuck in Xfinity's cloud and although that was not Russell's fault he provided me wrong information by stating that the issue was going to be resolved overnight. I came back to the office two days later and he immediately put me with someone else instead of him escalating the issue (which turns out is a recurring issue with Xfinity and most likely Russell knew about). I was told by other Xfinity associates at this same location that my issue was going to be resolved in 72 hrs and that was also a lie. 6 days later Xfinity has not resolved my issue and the line is still stuck on Xfinitys end making T-mobile impossible to reinstate my number. Poorly trained staff with lack of knowledge and just thinking about what to sell you next instead of resolving customer's issues.

I have been to the Store a few times and always had good help, but yesterday I went with a new cell phone as my old one had died. I also have a Apple watch that worked with old and now works with the new phone. But I had to have the SIM card put in and I had to pair the watch with the new phone. Fred did all that, as well as updating the phone and the watch. I didn't know that they wouldn't say the watch needed updating. It took a lot of time, and Fred waited on others while my stuff was updating. I have never been so happy with customer service, so I am happy to tell you this! It is rare to give such a positive!

They have a good que system so you can get service without waiting on a technician. They handed me the equipment I needed and I was up and running in an hour.

The employees were all very helpful in guiding me with my Wi-Fi extender pod purchase, lest I forget having the door held open for me upon leaving.

I I upgraded my iPhone with Xfinity recently, and I want to share my experience. The store manager, Lee Rodriguez, was fantastic. She helped me switch from the iPhone 15 to the Pro on the last day for returns, and she's great at multitasking without compromising service quality. Thanks, Xfinity team!

Incredibly slow for getting services done. I don't know why it seems that the queue is moving very slow. I just wanted to pick up a device for the Internet and it took me more than half an hour waiting in queue. I'm actually giving it 3 stars (as opposed to 1) only because the staff is very efficient once getting off the queue. Please hire more staff at this store!!

Absolutely fantastic service!!Do not order by phone - go to the store - began with the 800 number- shipped phone's - first an empty box arrived.3 days later after waiting all day I get an email that my phones were delivered - but they weren'tThen I went to the store - the young man got my account straightened out - and then helped me to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one.Fantastic ?!!!!!!

Went to this store to drop off a TV box. Was told to get a ticket and wait for my turn to drop off… waited 15 minutes and still the same amount of people ahead of me! Gave up and left without dropping off. Will mail in instead. Short staffed. Need a better way to handle simple tasks
