Very unpleasant and rude customer service. I would never recommend this institution to manage any financing.

This branch is closed on Saturdays. That's ridiculous, as most of us who work cannot get to the bank during their weekday hours. Wells Fargo's lack of respect for customers continues.

I had a scheduled and confirmed appointment with the banker at 9 am. Waited for 25 minutes sitting at the office, then left. Horrible customer service. They need to hire more people or make sure their employees learn how to manage their appointments.

Such a bad service. Waited over 30 mins after making an appointment to access our locker while two people helping one customer with only one small transaction- either provide good service or shut down the branch. It’s horrible service.

Very few helpful staff members, others are deplorable and extremely rude. Closed an account with them a while ago, was debating opening one back up but now not it is not even a question. If you bank with Wells, please do not go to this branch. They are heinous

This place is severely understaffed . It's high time wells Fargo take notes of the service degradation. Everything has gone from being bad to worse. Another unsatisfied customer closing the account.

This lobby is always closed, not sure why. Cannot be the Wells Fargo COVID policy, right? The drive through service is not kind, slow, and sometimes rude.

This location is terrible. Every time I come here there is a long line in the lobby and the drive through. Typically is a 30 minute ordeal just to withdraw quarters. Also lobby says its open until 5pm and is always closed before then. Dread coming here.

Our experience was a complete nightmare at this location, we went on Saturday 10/9/21 to make changes to our Business account stood in line for 30 minutes to see a teller, her name was Hiba only to be told that we have to make an appointment to see a personal banker to do that as they are short on staff, so we said fine we asked her to make an appointment for us the following Saturday and she told us she did, we did not have any reason to not take her word for it.We go back the following Saturday 10/16 last week, they can review their video tapes to confirm this again got in line waited for 30 minutes again to meet a personal banker, the personal banker was there he told us he didn’t have an appointment for us this is the 2nd Saturday we are wasting on this bank/location and said that how could that teller have made an appointment if she was not working this Saturday 10/16. Then he started arguing with us that we were never in line for 30 minutes and we didn’t have an appointment. So we walked out, he could have simply said someone made a mistake can make 1 appointment for next week the matter would have ended, instead of accusing the customer of lying whose money your bank runs on and refusing to even say sorry there was an mistake made. We understand there is staff shortage but there is no reason to be rude and abnoxious to your customers for it.We ended up making an appointment and going to Washington crossing location in Pennington NJ and were treated like royalty by Sean Roarty there so we will be banking at that location instead of this one. He called us twice to confirm our appointment knew exactly what would be the right solution for our needs was respectful and courteous.

I was at this location today. Originally I had an appointment to open an account. That was changed because of staffing, I understand this happens everywhere,so was still a little put off. Regardless I still needed to do banking for work and self. When I arrived there was someone complaining about time waiting. I found when it was my turn the "one woman" working the counter was calm, steady, focused on me even though I am not yet a Fargo account holder, she treated me like I was their only customer . No blow off or issue. Thank you for you proffessionalism, kindness. Annette Wahler is 5-star. I look forward to being a Wells Fargo Lawrenceville customer.
