just nowNEWHorrible customer service and support at this location.Visited to attempt to inquire about purchasing a new phone. Waited 45 minutes. A restriction existed on my account due to it being a business account and I was immediately turned away and there was no attempt to assist me with any of my questions.I ended up being bounced back and forth between this location to Pennington and Hamilton and in the end changed my service to T-Mobile.Verizon has definitely dropped the ball on the customer service and support provided in store and this location was a prime example of that

DO NOT BUY anything and allow them to open your box! I recently bought a watch for my son, and the lady, whom I thought was being nice, said she wanted to make sure it was good to go before we left the store. No mention that this would actually be costing us an extra $40 for "Setup and Go Service". I could open the box and get the device going myself. Feel like I've been scammed again by Verizon "service"

I can not stand when I have to go here. It's my last resort most of the time when I have to go staff wants to do the absolute minium to help even when nobody else is in the store.

No parking, always had a negative experience at that store- but I tried one more time, gave the wrong info,I left, spent 1 hour on the phone and got it at resolved.

I am a Verizon customer, just got a new phone at a local Verizon store but they didn't have a cell phone case for this phone. Why do I have to go through a call center just to reach a different Verizon retail store? 45 minutes and no luck.

Awesome experience here getting my new iphone 14 pro max. Cash the manager was a super nice guy and actually threw in a free screen protector because I waited so long and had to experience a customer get aggressive and get kicked out of the store. Was quite entertaining so I didn't mind haha. Definitely will be back

Was told they would have my phone set aside for me to pick up later today. Came in, waited for an hour before anyone spoke to me, turns out they sold the phone set aside for me and then rushed me out the door. Obviously won't be coming back.

Bad service here!! Stopped in with my wife to add me as a line on her account, but she accidentally left her ID home as we just moved to the area yesterday. The stocky balding gentleman rudely walked away while my wife was explaining. She works nearby and we easily could have done it here tomorrow, but now we're never coming back to this store. Customer service still means something to some of us.
