My family and I were due for phone upgrades, stopped in and was helped by Adam. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He asked lots of questions to make sure we got phones and plans that work for us. Looked at a few options and with new phones our overall cost is comparable to where we were. The process was painless and easy and we couldn’t be happier with our phones and the overall experience! Andrew was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this Verizon store!
