Convenient? Yes, but beware, there are A LOT of hidden fees here. Expect your bill to be about double what you see on paper.

I don't think I've ever rated any place 1 star (look at the rest of my profile) but believe me when I say this was probably the worst rental experience I've ever had. Long story ahead but TL;DR is don't come here. The manager will throw keys at you and yell at you.

I don't think I've ever rated any place 1 star (look at the rest of my profile) but believe me when I say this was probably the worst rental experience I've ever had. I arrive before the office opens (Due to an error on Uhaul's online scheduling system) and wait for it to open. The owner gets there and begins to help me since I'm first in line (only one other person behind me). It's a clean, inviting place. There's even a plaque on the wall denoting some recognition for being a long time Uhaul partner so I think this is going to be a breeze. The owner pulls up my reservation and then asks if I want insurance. I don't remember if I added that to my reservation so I ask for a second to check my email. The owner says "you don't need to look anything up, i just need to know if you need insurance". Again I say, "gimme a sec, let me check" and he says even louder "Just tell me yes or no!". At this point, both me and the guy behind me are surprised at how quickly he escalated the situation so I said "just one second..." and before I could finish, he THREW the keys at me and gestured to the guy behind me and yelled "Next, I don't have time for this". Don't have time for this? There's one other guy in the store and even he clearly was taken aback because he didn't step right up. In fact, he even asked "are you sure, I can wait". Bear in mind, this is within 3 minutes of the office opening. I'd get it if this were a Uhaul in a major city and it's an hour before closing. The owner starts to help him while I stand there completely surprised at the aggressiveness. In fact, during that entire exchange, another patron walks in and hears the yelling from the owner and audibly says "what the...". Literally 3 people are confused by why the owner is acting like this. I wait until he finishes with the guy after me and he helps me again. I decline insurance and he says "look it's busy, I don't have time to wait" which i THINK was his attempt at trying to apologize? Who knows. I say "it would have literally taken 20 seconds". He repeats "i don't have time for that". I say "you didn't have to throw the keys at me" to which he responds "i didn't". I dropped it after that because it was clear he wasn't willing to own up to anything. Picked up the truck which was totally fine and drove off. 5/5 for the truck. Clean, all damage and scratches clearly marked with the labels. The owner clearly explained the fuel level check off. 0/5 for customer service and general respectfulness.

....right next doors to Avalon Run Community , Liberty Green and Lawrence Square Village community ...so when you are moving just pop in and drive off
