The Customer service was horrible, I was watched like a hawk and no one assisted me as I walked in the store...very rude and I felt unwelcome. They acted more like Correctional officers than sales associates. First and last visit at this location, never again!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Lovely During my recent visit to this location , I am super impressed by her exceptional level of professionalism and expertise.
After having bad experience at another Sephora store where I was sold the wrong products and shades, lovely went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store with the perfect products tailored to my needs. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my preferences, and skilfully guided me through the selection process, ultimately helping me find the correct shades that goes well with my skin tone flawlessly.
Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help is outstanding. I was to lucky to have her after one of the other beauty advisor ghosted me and make me wait at a specific section for a while but overall I would recommend this location and highly recommend Lovely as your beauty advisor, the lady at checkout register,I don’t know her name but she was so nice and polite too.

My husband and I went there to Christmas shop in December and they followed my husband, whom is a man of color, around the entire time. At one point a salesperson just posted herself in the section where we were looking and there were zero other customers. She wasn’t trying to help us and she stared at my husband the entire time. Never returning. Word to the wise, just buy your products directly from the maker and don’t support this trash.

Katelyn and Jassy were so helpful and kind at this store last week. The place was clean and I felt very attended to by the staff despite the fact that it was very busy Saturday. Well managed store. Thank you for the great experience. We spent a lot of money.

Went into this location today- i understand everyone these days hate working and don't like their jobs etc- but the lack of care from employees and one Sephora employee stared me straight in my face and didn't even say hello- it was so bizarre. I just quickly walked around and left because i felt like i was nuisance to have even walked in.

Went into the store last weekend and it was absolutely filthy. The testers are deeply gauged out, smeared everywhere and generally look absolutely revolting. I mean every single one is that bad. They literally all need to be thrown out and replaced. The shelves are pretty empty and a bunch of what is there looks so gross and broken down from being treated poorly and from the testers all being spilled I wouldn’t buy them. This store needs a complete overhaul because what on earth is happening.

So dirty in there and so many employees yet no one wants to help with anything. All of the testers are disgusting, the trash is overflowing, and the shelves are a mess. Such an unpleasant shopping experience.

Visited this location today and the store is lovely and clean however the employees really make it a dreadful experience. They are not only rude in tone but in the way they look at you. I had 3 employees walk by me without a simple acknowledgment of being in the store- another gave me a nasty look -again without even a word - finally a very nice employee asked me if I was finding everything ok and then helped another guest. She was the only one acknowledging others and being friendly.
So many reviews stating the employees are rude.. maybe it’s time to train them in proper customer service?
