It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. He asked lots of questions to make sure we got phones and plans that work for us. Looked at a few options and with new phones our overall cost is comparable to where we were.
