The minute clinic is great in Lawrenceville. They are great to work with and so good with kids. My daughter had to get immunizations and the nurse was so kind and patient with her!

Painfully long wait. I thought they were performing surgery on the person ahead of us. Waited over 65 minutes and had to get to an appointment. Very disappointing.

How can you be closed for lunch at 1 o clock on a Saturday afternoon? We had an emergency for an elderly woman we had picked up after hitting her head on the sidewalk. We were from out of state and tried to get her help, and you were closed for lunch ?

My friend scheduled an appointment. She went in and the nurse told her she could not help her, she was asked to visit an urgent care. This is completely fine apart from the fact that they charged her for this absolutely useless visit.

FAIL! FAIL!!--Two tries to schedule the Flu Shot. The evening before the first scheduled appointment (for Sept 25), I got a call saying the High Dose Flu Shot for Seniors was NOT available. We will call you when we have them and you can reschedule. I received a call saying the HD Flu Shots were in and made an appointment for Oct 7, 2020 10:40 AM (today). On my way DRIVING to the appointment, a text message came in saying I am a valued customer and the Minute Clinic would get to me ASAP. My cell phone a minute or two later started ringing. As I DO NOT have hands-free calling ability, I had to wait until I got to CVS. I tried redial and just got the regular store pharmacy and I'd have to redial and punch in the extension (they couldn't transfer it to that extension???!!!). As I was AT THE DOOR of the Minute Clinic, I just knocked. The woman who answered ultimately told me that they DO NOT have the High Dose Flu Shots for Seniors and that when they have them available, I should schedule an appointment. I quite exasperatedly said that is what happened the previous time I scheduled and was told that the HD Flu Shots WERE IN and scheduled today's appointment! I suggest that CVS Minute Clinic set aside a day of the week (Wednesday or Thursday??) and a two hour segment for SENIORS ONLY and make sure they would have the required number of doses (plus some for 'walk-ins')! BTW--The email address
[email protected] DOES NOT WORK Undeliverable!!

THEIVES!! My insurance lapsed and of course my daughter got sicks days before it kicked in. I made an appointment for 1030am and was seen at 1115. They charged $165 for the appointment. The woman looked in my daughter's ears and said she couldn't see anything...there was too much wax. (What a crock!!). The only thing that was done was a rapid strep test. It came out negative and sent me on my way. 2 days later she's still sick. I called at 830am and was told I would get a call back right away. I finally called back at 11am. Waited on hold for 45 mins just to be told again they would call back. Finally the nurse practitioner called back. She said I would have to bring my daughter back in and pay $165 again. I called my normal doctor and they said they only charge $50. I would never return to this clinic. They're only interest is to collect a ridiculous fee for subpar care. You don't even see a real doctor. Its robbery.

Awesome experience as a walk-in today. Went for a simple test. Kiosk set up to check yourself in and when it's your turn you go right in. I saw A. Mehta, NP who was very nice and did an excellent job taking care of me. Office was clean and equipt with everything you see in a doctor's office. I left with my results and instructions in hand to my satisfaction. They took my insurance with no problem. If you don't have insurance there is a screen with the cost of services. Big thumbs up!!

Was charged $160 and was given no good information about my problem. I now have to see another doctor or self-medicate. Huge waste of money. Doctor (nurse?) charged me the maximum knowing full well I didn't have insurance.

I haven't been seen yet, but I would definitely advise against walking in. The wait is over two hours according to their system, but the people next to me received their 30 minute remi.der text over an hour ago. I was told 2 hours two hours ago (I left and came back) and some of the people who checked in before me are still sitting here waiting with no end in sight...

Even though there was a wait, I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend if your not feeling well and pharmacy on site.

they are so efficient and friendly! I was walking out of the doctors office and they called my name because my script was ready. They also offered me a flu shot since they had just arrived. A very positive experience! Would return again to be treated for a minor illness. I would just like to add that a couple days later, a nurse from the office called to check up on how I was feeling. You can't even get that from most doctors offices these days. Truly top notch service at the minute clinic in lawrenceville!

Found myself unwell around 1pm, went to the Minute Clinic at 3, and was out with a prescription by 4:15 and there were three people in line in front of me.

Found myself unwell around 1pm, went to the Minute Clinic at 3, and was out with a prescription by 4:15 and there were three people in line in front of me. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a pharmacy that got my script in less than five minutes! Not bad for a walk in on a Friday afternoon.

Stopped in for a vaccination I needed before an upcoming trip. Found the whole process to be quick and hassle-free. Donna was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
