“Our salesman Edison was extremely knowledgeable and patient, clearly and concisely answering all our questions. Upon ascertaining that our need was not urgent, he guided us to the best week to buy, based on upcoming sales and promotions. We returned at that time, he remembered us, and all mentioned sales and promotions were active and applied.We were able to arrange delivery of mattress and adjustable frame for the next day. Everything transpired just as we had been told it would. We were notified of our delivery window the night before, and received both phone and email notifications when the team was on their way. They arrived an hour earlier than scheduled but that was only a bonus for is. The delivery team was professional and efficient. Jose and Cristian knew what they were doing and had our old mattress (and topper) out and new frame and mattress in in no time. They demonstrated the adjustability features of the frame and didn't leave until we confirmed our satisfaction. Extremely pleased with the Mattress Firm experience and can't wait to get a good night's sleep! (Upgrade from a 23 year old traditional inner spring mattress.)”

And now here at this store in Lawrenceville, NJ with Basil!! From the moment I walked in the store until the moment I sat down on my new furniture, has been nothing short of amazing. “Appreciate can bring your own sheet to test lying on mattress(s) you are interested in purchasing.The store agent at time of my purchase was fairly new but took the time to answer all my concerns and even humbly called the manager on the phone when he needed proper direction or needed assistance answering my ? while present. Showed patience & excellent custom service??.Only recommendation is to listen better to specific concern or question customer has because often unnecessary to answer starting from the beginning.However still rated my experience with 5 stars because of above comments & rep was willing to listen to the 1 recommendation. “America's Mattress has an awesome selection of mattresses to try out!! I've bought two very expensive mattresses from here. The manager, Joe, was amazing. This guy knows his stuff. You tell him what ails you, and he will fix you up with the proper mattress for your needs. He isn't going to try to swindle you on getting a more expensive mattress either. He actually talked me OUT of a higher priced one just because he knew it wouldn't meet my required needs. Between the 2 mattress I have bought from them, I've spent a good 5 hours of my life testing tons of them out and working with Joe on the perfect fit. Their prices are competitive and low, and there are no gimmicks. When spending a chunk of money on a mattress, they gave me some complimentary items for my new bed (this varies situationally I believe) including pillows and sheets. Even better, the first mattress I bought, a Tempurpedic turned out to be the worst purchase ever. It was way too soft for me (but I apparently knew everything and didn't listen to Joe). I was able to return it within my 120 day trial period to trade it in for Joe's suggestion, a much firmer (and much cooler and comfortable) Serta iComfort. There was a very small fee for removal of the Tempurpedic (but that thing weighs 300lbs, so I don't really blame them) and they dropped off my iComfort (also super heavy). Trust me, that small removal fee was worth every penny to switch to a more comfortable mattress. 120 days! No questions asked! You have 120 days to test a mattress, and if you hate it you can trade it in for an equal or lesser value mattress (or pay the difference for a more expensive one). That is awesome! I recently brought my parents in and purchased them a Serta, and on my recommendation, my best friend and his wife have also purchased an iComfort from them. I'm pretty sure my Aunt is next. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thanks again for the awesome customer service, guys! I know I was a very indecisive customer and I appreciate your patience, understanding, and honesty when working with me. :)”

This location obviously is huge place with tons of choices.We were welcomed and guided by Mr. Raj Gulati. Understanding our requirement, he showed us various sofas and was patient throughout. He made sure we understood the specifications of the furniture correctly so we could make an educated decision on our purchase. Working with Raj was a breeze may be because he genuinely cares about what he is selling to his customers. There was just zero pressure from him.
