My visit was unlike any I’ve ever experienced getting eyewear. Christine was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and so nice. I had her complete attention. They have a nice selection of frames but honestly it was Christine who made my shopping a breeze. Couldn’t be happier and actually at the end of it all I bought 2 pairs of frames. Yay!

My twins have needed glasses since they were ~18 months old. Lawrenceville Optician was recommended to us by our doctor at CHOP and almost 8 years later we’re still going there because they are simply the BEST! They always take the time to help my “picky customers” choose the right frame AND they go above and beyond with the many tune-ups. You will not get this type of customer service at the chain stores in the mall. 10/10 highly recommend :)

Lawrenceville Optician is a superior eyewear shop. Licensed Opticians Christine and Jakob are most professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Indeed, they are experts. I needed a pair of glasses for my 5 year old son who had a recent eye injury which requires a very strong prescription with a bi-focal lens. We tried America’s Best first but they turned us away and said that they couldn’t offer the specialty lens. We then went to an Optician in Princeton but they only had 4-5 total frames to choose from and the associates working there didn’t really make an effort to help us. I searched for other stores in the area and was lucky to find Lawrenceville Optician. I called around 5:15pm last Wednesday and Christine told me to come by even though they closed at 6. I got there around 5:40 and she welcomed us into the store and showed us dozens of different frames. I explained the situation and she patiently took measurements and thoroughly explained our options. We ended up being there after hours but she did not rush us at all or make us feel like we needed to leave. Less than a week later, she called and told me that the new pair of glasses had arrived and was ready to pick up.I went back this evening and was met with the same cheerful and kind demeanor. Christine took her time with my son, making sure his new glasses fit perfectly. She encouraged him to move around in the office to make sure they wouldn’t slide down his nose or off his ears. She helped him understand how to take care of them and showed me how all of the accessories worked.This store and Christine in particular are amazing. She gave me hope that customer service still exists and she made both me and my son feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their products and services and will be referring my friends and family there from now on. Thank you for helping us deal with this traumatic injury in a very caring and thoughtful way. You made my day.

Christine was so great! My 2 year old needed glasses and she was so helpful and made my daughter feel comfortable making the process easier.They also have a great selection and their prices are fair. I highly recommend.
