05.09. 2024. It was awful! She punctured my vein, and she didn't care when I said that I was very sick and uncomfortable. the pain and burning was unbearable, I have never had such a terrible experience when donating blood in my life. At home, I saw a large and trending ball, on the second day everything turned blue. arm hurts So I will not go to this laboratory again, it is a pity that such an employee works there.

Never. In. My. Life. ... Will I ever come back to this stupid LabCorp office again.
The patients are rude, obnoxious, and inconsiderate. AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE WORSE!!

The staff is extremely rude and after getting blood taken, I was left with a bruised and swallow arm. ??? If you have the choice, don’t choose this location!!!

Great place for pediatric draws. Susan is amazing and extremely experienced - we were in and out with my 2 year old in minutes. Minimal crying and she got it very easily on the first stick. I've been elsewhere, and none of the staff could do it. Thank you Susan!!!

Horrible experience I was treated with such disrespect and rudeness by the old front desk worker I was absolutely shocked. Whoever is in charge of this facility needs to read the reviews obviously there is a employee we all speak of that needs to be spoken to.

I stopped by on 11/21/2022 at 1:30 pm and whoever was working the front is Rude and unprofessional. Speaking to patients like they are children. Barking instruction. .I Asked for a mask and the employee at the front desk acted like I asked for her life savings and her first born child. Horrible experience.

The woman who drew my blood was vicious. I told her I was anxious about needles. She didn’t care and has the worst bedside manner. She literally jabbed the needle into my arm so hard that I’m still bruised 2 days later. She never apologized or acknowledged that she was awful. Never going to this facility ever again. This woman should be fired and never draw blood from another human.

One star because I had to give a star. Same old staff with lousy attitudes, as others have stated. Doesn't seem like LabCorp cares because their behavior never changes. The woman behind the desk is rude and unfriendly. She will barely respond if you smile at her and ask how she is doing. Why doesn't she wear a name tag so we know her name? I've complained to the district manager about her a couple of years ago and it does not matter. I go to this facility only when I have to. There is a really nice tech taking blood, who actually smiles and seems to want to be there. The other tech is miserable and lets everyone know this. Time to clean house, LabCorp, or close this facility. ZERO STARS!

Unfriendly staff, no pleasantries - they seem to dislike their jobs.On the plus side, they were on time for my appointment.Not sure why there isn't training about customer relations.
