Efficient, effective, professional. These guys really care about providing you a smooth quick service with no unnecessary extra sales! Management team should be proud about how things are being handled. Car runs like a dream, went for a quick oil change. Emphasis on QUICK! I made it to work with plenty of time. I will be returning for future business. You pay for what you get, PERIOD! Do your own oil change if you want the bargain! ?

Horrible, I came in with a flat tire and employees tried to rip me off by buying a $250 new tire. When I said no please put on the spare, they offered me a patch. I said no to the patch, please put on the spare and I will go somewhere else. So, #1 $250(new tire) to #2 $55(patch) to #3 $35(spare) and then free at my mechanic for a patch. Never trust them again.

Excellent service, upfront pricing, staff is honest, depending on the job wait could be really long, so have patience. If OEM parts are too expensive, you can buy after market parts yourself and they will work with those. They do offer free Uber pickup and drop off if the wait is too long. Overall I had a very positive experience many times.

I've been here twice now and interacted with different workers. Everyone has been pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this oil change place. They offer you the filters and services that everyone does, but they aren't pushy when you decline.

My first impression of this Jiffy Lube was outstanding. The team members reminded me of that scene in Back To The Future where Marty is stuck in 1955 and witnesses the old school gas station attendants rush out like a NASCAR pit crew. More Importantly, I had a few enjoyable personable conversations as well. I could also tell the crew cares about the job they are doing. This was a great blend of individuals, each focusing on their own specific task(s). I discovered this Jiffy Lube after getting fed up with Valvoline near my home in Metuchen. Even though this new Oil Change is 40 minutes south of my home, I'm going to make this my new place. There are other reasons to travel south and I'll make an afternoon out of it each time I need car care. See you guys in 3000 miles.
