They seemed to be ok when I got there on ast few weeks ago and I was glad for finding a place I can do taxes on sat, now right after I gave them almost all of the documents they are closed entire week expect for Wednesday for about 3 hours a week

I’ve been to other HR Block locations and got more attentive service. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone and or to honor scheduled appointments. If you want your taxes done right and with no mistakes, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. You pay for the expertise but you will also have to babysit. You may as well consider filing on your own or going to a location that doesn’t your taxes like it’s on a conveyor belt. They care more about hitting branch goals than doing the right thing.

Just finished my taxes with h&r block. The tax pro was super friendly and so was the receptionist up front. The wait was a bit long but after that everything went smooth and easy. They're expensive, but if you have the money to spend once a year I think they're really worth it.

Mr. Vargee Gobah went above and beyond to help us with the tax. He is very knowledgeable about our case and patient in resolving/answering our questions. We were extremely satisfied and happy in working with him. Really look forward to continue working with him for the taxes.

I have never, in my life, encountered such an unprofessional office. You can't get anyone on the phone, they (Tonya) doesn't reply to emails or return phone calls. I'd be better off having a preschooler do my taxes. She made so many mistakes the IRS couldn't figure it out. Just skip this location and Tonya all together. Run.

The service at this location sucked. You call in with simple questions and get attitude. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Steer clear.

The new computer system has a glitch in it. All employees need to know how to work the new system and the cost of filing your taxes are way too high

I had an appointment for 6:00 PM. Somebody called me at noon and asked me to come at 5:30. I leave work early, rush here, sit in traffic, get here at 5:45 after calling and letting them know that I was around the corner. I get in, sign in, 1st person here. 15 min later another woman walks in. Tonya walks over to the list and says “what time did you get here? To the woman. She says “6” and Tonya says come on. It’s 6:30 PM. Another woman was taken in. I am a single mother of 3. I have to feed my children. Why would you have me come here 30 minutes early to sit here for an hour. What a disgrace.
