My husband & I had a wonderful experience here. Sunday afternoon, not crowded, great selection. The staff were vey friendly and efficient. Customers were lovely and giving helpful advice too :) Exceptionally lovely was ***Gaby*** - she patiently helped find items that weren't in stock to let us know if they were online. She also helped us sign up for rewards. Gaby is such an asset to H&M!!! We would be delighted to return!!!

Went to return some things bought by my wife. Didn't have her credit card. They would not process the returns. I told them I could get a photo of the credit card but that wasn't good enough. At Lowe's they processed the return to her credit card without needing it in the store. At TJ Maxx they gave me CASH back. H&M just wants to make it difficult to do returns.

Huge line always 1 cashier hot as all hell inside- no sale in store even at holidays it sucks because you try give online a break and go right back because online is only place you get a discount. Other than that the work line attire is full gest pieces usually its slim picking.

Manager, Lew- Lewis is condescending. He was called over by a cashier to assist me with a question concerning how to return a home item not sold in the store. Keep in mind the cashier was courteous. It took him a while as he fixed clothing although he could obviously see there was a long line. Once, he arrived he made no eye contact as he spoke to me through the employee: I don't know- we don't take them here! I had to remind him to make eye contact with the customer it shows a level of respect. I NEVER asked the employee to call him over the employee knew to be courteous. Smh. His mannerism was not befitting of a manager- Awful. Up until his arrival the mood was pleasant- he arrived like a vampire and sucked the energy out of the area. Sad
