I frequent this location often and purchase games for myself and kids. I asked a question about games and the manager redirects me to a Retro Video game store near by and buy all my games there. Stop flirting with your new employee, she could be your granddaughter, and look in your computer for other GameStop stores to see if the other GameStop stores to see if they have the games I want. Again!!!!! stop referring and sending me to freaking other locations that’s not GameStop. GameStop has to hire people that want to sell there merchandise and not overprice retro gaming store. If you don't have it just say you don't have it. As a father, I would probably pull my daughter out of that store, expect a HR complaint by the young female…. Or not. This is why GameStop is shutting down.

Weird, badly-run Gamestop. Never has anything in stock, I got carded despite being almost 30, and for whatever reason, the dude wouldn't sell me a Xbox external hard drive. Kept saying that SSD is better, and not to buy it. Management, please hire more employees or some that know how to interact with customers.

Went there last night with a few friends 15 minutes before closing and the dork at the cash register with long hair was trying to rush us out. Kinda kept giving us smart remarks when we asked if certain games were in stock. This guy really said “use your eyes and look around”. Bro use the terminal. If a manager see’s this, retrain this guy. He really took it out on us that he had to “cover another guys shift”.

Went to trade in today around 10:40-11:00 amGreatest GameStop I ever been toWas only 1 employee Adam gave great customer service helped me out even convinced me to get the pro pass for my kids I will definitely be going back .

My son and I frequent this location often and purchase his games. To the guy that worked behind the register on 12/02 you are a WHOLE JACKASS. No need to be so rude to a kid for literally just trying a cap on. And you mean to tell me you couldn't get me a price for the one without a price tag...gamestop judging by the other reviews as a frequent customer I suggest you reevaluate your staff at this location. The guys at the Hamilton location are always so nice, friendly and helpful.

Staff may be hit or miss at this location but still will ensure are treated well ontop of helping out in searching for whatever game or hardware after. Location also on the smaller side but still manageable*4/24/23Staff has taken a downturn besides in being rude or arrogant. I would consider only coming here if need be otherwise much better locations that won't give grief especially in just trying to help customer with concerns or issues that are caused
