He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.”
