“My family and I were due for phone upgrades, stopped in and was helped by Adam. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He asked lots of questions to make sure we got phones and plans that work for us. Looked at a few options and with new phones our overall cost is comparable to where we were. The process was painless and easy and we couldn’t be happier with our phones and the overall experience! Andrew was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this Verizon store! “The people at this 7/11 are just different. I go here at least 4-5 a week since it close to work and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in… I get greeted hello (no matter if they are mopping, in the back where I can’t see them, or at the register. I get greeted hello and how’s it going.Absolutely intrigued by the manager and the workers for making small moments be impactful. Since it’s an on the go process I love the fact they just make this 7/11 warm and welcomed.I would not write this review if it was not worth it. I hope the staff here gets recognized by their superiors”

“Brittany was absolutely fabulous to work with from the moment I stepped in the door. She greeted me and got me ready to be helped immediately after the person there before me. I needed help setting up the replacement phone and she took charge to get that done with competence, concern for my needs and with a sense of humor. She insisted I check out the new phone while she patiently waited, an attribute not always available. If I have a need to return, I will seek her out for her client relationship skills to make me a delighted customer.”
