I called to check on pricing of a medication because the CVS down the block where my script was isso overwhelmed I was looking to get it transferred but needed the cost. Was told basically just go there and she couldn't help. How hard is it to look up a price? Called a third CVS who did it with no issue. Clearly shows how people either don't want to learn their job or there lazy.

I hold Ph.D. in pharmacy and have been living in Lawrenceville since 1980. I tested Covid positive at home on 9/24/23 and my doctor called CVS store #2126, 1900 Brunswick Ave, Lawrenceville, NJ to dispense Paxlovid and get retested for Covid by CVS. I drove to the window of CVS, 1900 Brunswick Ave, Lawrenceville, NJ, and explained to the Pharmacy assistant. He told me that I should come inside the store to talk to the Pharmacist. I went inside the store while wearing KN95 mask all the times and waited to talk to the pharmacist for almost 25 minutes as she was attending another white patient and was paying special attention to him. After almost 30 minutes wait, she abruptly and rudely told me that I should not be inside the store. I told her that her pharmacy assistant had asked me to come inside the store. In the meantime, the patient that she was attending for almost 30 minutes started shouting at me and told me that we come to his country USA and make them sick. Pharmacist did not intervene and just walked away. In my view, pharmacist is very biased and lacks managerial and professional skills and shamefully wants to serve only white patients and customers.I later went to CVS on Darrah Lane, Lawrenceville and was attended by Lerma Castro, NP at the minute clinic and her treatment towards me was excellent. She was high professional and helpful.

Employee was extremely rude. Went in to pick up prescriptions and was told they were not ready. The prescriptions had been sent over from hospital the night before for a COPD flairup. We told employee that we really needed the prescriptions and were told, "lots of people need their prescriptions".

Very rude! Staff wasn’t helpful! Medicine was locked away. Older lady said she watched me walk to it, saw me looking and chose to wait until I asked for help. Then as she was getting the medicine, told me to move out of the way! Will NEVER go to this cvs again! And will be contacting corporate!

Very impressed with your employee Jacqueline, excellent listener, very communicative, great personality. Helped me save money on purchases. Joined Carepass today. Attentive to my needs and purchases. Demonstrated your system. I value excellent customer service since I have worked in medical facilities, insurance claim handling and a legal office. Jacqueline is truly an asset to your company. She is a true leader, compassionate and a great person. KUDOS to CVS.

The garbage cans outside the CVS stay full. You need to have them empty. It’s ridiculous.

The pharmacist who administered my son's vaccine jab was terrible. She kept his CDC card until the 15 minutes were up, would not give it back, and said that "many people had fainted" after the jab so she was only protecting herself from liability. She said this was "the rule" lol - which is not true plus certainly she has not the right to keep the card for any reason. There was no professional advice like stay hydrated, take Tylenol for fever. She gave us the impression that the covid vaccine was not safe. Awful and disgraceful.
