I was at the picture kiosk trying to print just one photo that I desperately needed for a surprise birthday cake order for tomorrow. The store was busy and me not being the most tech savvy person was standing there clueless for about 5 minutes. Jonah was initially at the register ringing up customers but he noticed me and reassured me that he would be over to help shortly. Jonah is a Godsend as soon as he came over my picture was sent to the kiosk and printed within 15 minutes & it only took that long because he had to run upstairs for more paper due to the lady in front of me having a large print job from her children's graduations. Thank you❗️❗️

Normally don’t do reviews but had an unpleasant experience. I asked a pharmacy WORKER if there was anybody available up front, as nobody was up there. I was polite as could be. Pharmacy member exasperatedly said “maybe they could call somebody”. Then, upon returning to the Pharmacy, where I was before her, she loudly told her coworkers to ask for a manager upfront because I was “bothering her”. Seriously?? I was never rude, but was waiting quite a bit for an upfront worker…. Not sure of her name, small Indian woman. Messy bun. Not much of a description I know, but that’s all I have to go off of. I wouldn’t even trust her with my medication if she treats the convenience customers like that. Just sad, I’m a human being, I shouldn’t have to ask to be treated like one. The negative energy she exudes can be felt by others. Not sure if she’d have treated me like that if I was……nevermind. Anyways, hopefully she can start to have better days, if that was the reasoning behind that.
Edit: I would like to add that literally everybody else is always so nice and accommodating, so this one particular person doesn’t represent the entirety of the pharmaceutical staff. Just wanted to point that out. Just this one interaction with the unpleasant staff member.

1 star isn't even deserved here. I am UPS business customer who ships over 50+ packages monthy from this CVS’s UPS access point. I dont have a single issue,complaint, or problem with any of the workers…matter of fact 2 are actually my old Highschool buds (Caleb & Jonah) who are very helpful every time i am there to drop something. The Employee McKayla is extremely extremely disrespectful and purposely displays the utmost rude character, one which should not be any close to retail operation. I had previously ignored her behavior twice up until tonight where she refused to scan my packages if I didn't listen to her instructions or lower my voice when being spoken to very calmly. I had to have the manager on staff assist me minutes before closing in order to go about my day. This is very very unhelpful as I have loads of packages that need to be shipped and would appreciate being in and out. Speaking from a person who has worked at many retail stores previously having mean & nasty employees like Mckayla push customers away even further. I hopped others werent getting same treatment but unfortunately the comments say otherwise. CVS TEAM I would strongly appreciate you reaching out as I will be contacting UPS regarding this as well. Thanks!

I always have a lovely experience with the employees at the pharmacy department. I especially would like to thank one employee in particular. Arthur always goes above and beyond to his job description. When I moved back into the area, there was always a problem transferring my prescriptions. Arthur saw my frustration and handled the issue. Today he called because he wanted to try to save me a visit since I had to come twice to the store. He wanted to help, but sadly these prescriptions are time sensitive and can only be filled on certain dates. I want his supervisor to know that this young man is not only kind, but he cares about the customers. I was very touched that he reached out to see if he could save me some visits. Thank you Arthur for caring and just know that you are an asset to CVS!

I'm so tired of this pharmacy not wanting to help when you call in. I understand if you are busy but to be rude and dismissive on the phone and be told just come in is uncalled for. Luckily I'm healthy enough to come in but I have called corporate to complain. I simply called to ask for pricing, I shouldn't have to drive all the way there to get a price on one medication.

I would not recommend filling your prescriptions at this pharmacy. Very unfriendly and unhelpful !!
