7 days for a call back to reschedule an apt.I was told “we don’t have anymore appointments for the month when I was 36 weeks pregnant and needed weekly appointments…It’s taken them over 3 business days to send a clearance for an antibiotic for an infection in my tooth. No one answers the nursing line, and they don’t call you back for days.The doctors are great, everything else is not good. If you need to make or change an apt. I would recommend driving to the office.

Went in for my appointment, asked for water to be able to leave a sample & the MA never came back. NP came in and rushed the entire appointment.. didn’t ask if I had questions just started ending the visit until I started asking questions because she was running out the door. Actually while answering my questions she was just rushing the answers and kept trying to leave & It’s not like I had 100 questions . I asked like 3. I don’t like location at all. Only came because my usual location was booked. Front desk staff was so nice they get 5 stars. But as for the patient care everything was rushed.

I took my wife as a new patient to this place, and after we arrived they said that she couldn't be seen today!!!! After 4 phone calls and emails and she was not feeling good. Do your self a great favor and never ever to that place with no responsible employees.

Unpleasant experience with trying to get an appointment. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, the staff who answered my call was not at all friendly. However, the doctors are nice, and I have been seeing them for many years. So I will endure the unpleasant experience with the appointment-scheduling staff.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Nurse Cortney K from Capital Health OB/GYN - Lawrenceville over the phone recently. I was calling to schedule my first appointment at an OBGYN, and I was feeling a bit nervous. However, Nurse Cortney was so kind and patient with me. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She also made me feel very comfortable and at ease.I'm so grateful for Nurse Cortney's help. She made my first OBGYN appointment a much less stressful experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner.

This office is incredibly hard to schedule an appointment with. I have called at least 15 times and always been directed to leave a message- no one will pick up the phone. I understand that the office can be busy, but to never have anyone pick up leads me to believe they just let it go to voicemail. I have a very busy life, and so in my voicemails I have asked them to call me between specific hours that they are open. This is because I do not wish to miss their call. They have consistently failed to do this, resulting in me missing their call back every single time. I am completely frustrated and have no idea how I am going to make an appointment unless I just show up to make it in person. I do not recommend becoming a new patient here if you do not like playing phone tag.

seems they don’t care about you unless you’re pregnant, you don’t get seen at your appointment time, maybe 30-45 minutes after… i’ve even waited an hour. can never get anyone on the phone and the office staff is straight up rude and incompetent. doctors are lovely here it’s a shame the staff sucks.

Every time I come to this office it’s a wait that ranges from 45 min to 1 hr. I’m told that emergencies happen which I understand but each and every time I come here it’s an emergency?!?! This is very annoying because I have to use time off from work to be at these appointments and this is very inconsiderate to patients time! Health care insurance is expensive and keeps going up and the customer service is getting worse and worse! After I have this baby I’m changing practices because this is ridiculous and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Yes the customer service needs a little work but my dr was perfect she was very kind and understanding and as gentle as possible to do my biopsy. Even looked me in the eyes to answer every question. She was very patient with me freaking out lol

This is so horrible! The best thing this place has is Kitan (midwife), other than that making an appointment or getting your records is like pulling freakin teeth! I can’t even make an appointment with my new OBGYN because I’m not getting ANY response from records! It goes straight to voicemail and my calls aren’t being returned. It’s ridiculous, can’t wait to be fully rid of this office.

The cost of an ultrasound went from $50-150 to $2000-3000 after they were purchased by Capital Health. Now you get charged "hospital fees" for using their equipment in addition to the doctor's fees.You can look up what Capital Health charges using the "Chargemaster". For example: DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING - Detailed Ultrasound Of Single Or First Fetus - $19,009.00. Even if your insurance is in-network, the negotiated price is going to be way more than $100-200.

Firstly making an appointment was hard enough, I was told to call back, my doctor was booked, called back when I was told too to make an appointment with my doctor, she’s already completely booked unless I want to drive to Bordentown which is no where near me. Asked for another female doctor, at first was told no one was available, then finally got an appointment with a new doctor. This is ridiculous, I’ve been going to the office for over 20 years and I’ve never had this much trouble making a simple appointment. Capital health needs to do better!!
