I have been a member at Amazing Lash Studio, Cherry Hill for at least 7 years. My father passed away and I had to go out of town, so I had to change my appointment that was previously scheduled . I ended up going to the Lawrenceville location. I booked with a master stylist because I have been wearing lashes for a very long time, so I like to have the more experienced lash artist. After Naeema finished my lashes, I told her that I was not happy...the lashes looked extremely short, not balanced and not symmetrical. She kept asking me what did I want her to do to fix it. If you are a master stylist, you should know how to fix it. She attempted to fix it, but it wasn't better. So I just accepted that I had to wait to get back to my regular stylist to get my lashes fixed. Upon checking out, I told the manager that I was unhappy and I didn't think I should have to pay for this service. Not only did she tell me "you got a service, so you owe me money", she charged me the non member price because my location was closed and they had to want they call "pull a package " (charge my card). I asked her to call the owner, who said to me that she thought my lashes looked fine (via picture sent by manager). You have never seen me before so how can you tell me that this was acceptable to "ME"! After 30 minutes of back and forth, I realized they had not intention on rectifying the situation, so I asked her to take off the extra $25 for the volume lashes, she reluctantly did but I still had to pay the $79 instead of $69. After going back to my regular lash studio, I told my stylist and the manager about my experience at the other location. They told me the lashes the Lawrenceville location used on me were old and my studio haven't used them in over 5 years and the lashes the Lawrenceville stylist used on me were equivalent to a 12mm ... I usually wear 14mm. So why didn't the Lawrenceville stylist see the difference in the length of the lashes I had on versus the ones she were using? And the base of the old lashes were flat and thick which made them lay different. It was obvious to see they were two different lashes, as a master stylist you should know how to compensate for the difference. Also the glue they used must have been old as well, it burned my eyes for at least 5 minutes. I never had a reaction to the glue at my regular studio. This was a horrible experience on top of me being emotional after losing my father. This location used old, subpar products. They all need training. The owner and manager needs to learn Business 101...you never let someone leave angry and unhappy! The stylist needs more training as well. I own a hair salon not far from that location and I was just telling a client about the franchise and recommended she go to Lawrenceville. After this experience, I called her and told her not to go.

Never go here or sign a contract without being clearly told what you are signing. I dealt with Samantha the manager who was extremely rude and not helpful. I cancelled my appointment prior to the 24 hour notice period and was still charged $149 for a member ship I signed but at signing was told I could decide before my Appointment if I wanted the membership. When I called to see if I could get a refund they said I couldn't and that I would be credited but If I'm not returning I will lose my money. This place is a scam and Samantha has terrible customer bedside manner.

Came here a few weeks ago & I’m honestly still astonished at how unkempt this place is. I was in the first room and it was filthy, with glue all over the floor as well as the stand they use for storage. Was totally not relaxing what with how dirty it was and it made me question how clean their equipment is.Service was good so I’d consider coming back were they to take better care of their rooms, for example, painting the stand and organizing it so it’d look a little bit more professional. Sweeping the floors and wiping down the bed so it doesn’t have glue all over it would help too.I’m a salon owner myself and would never let my employees work in those conditions. Since the rooms are smaller in size too, it’s better to keep them well-maintained and clean. I’m debating calling an inspector to make sure this place is actually inspected.
