They never answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for my plate number for two months, and no one has responded. It’s taking so long for them to send it. I went to them for help, and it was a horrible experience. The manager doesn’t know how to help customers and has no respect. He also said it was my fault because I signed the documents incorrectly—after two whole months without informing me!

Rico is an awesome salesperson to deal with. No surprises, everything was explained up front. I truly had a great experience here.
I had an awful time at another Toyota dealer and called here to see if they could get me the Camry I wanted. Lucky for me, Rico answered the phone and so my best car buying experience began. This dealership, and especially Rico, made this customer very satisfied.

Team Toyota of Princeton allowed my car purchase experience to be very pleasant. Everyone at this dealership was more than courteous and helpful. In particular, Brad Schick, the Sales Group representative who worked with me, was outstanding: he was thorough in completing all of his responsibilities, and minimized my time commitment in finding a vehicle that fills all of my needs. He made the pathway to success straight and error-free. To complete the transaction, he arranged the shipment of the MVC vehicle registration and license plates, along with the title to me saving the commute time (on Route 206). Very considerate! Thank you.

Ira was good and tried to find us something in budget. Derek the finance guy tried to tell us a horrible rate was great. I do not appreciate being treated like I am clueless just because i didn't have time to negotiate. My husband has great credit, rate deplorable. Derek took longer than it took us to pick car and test drive two to get us this "great rate". Never gave us password for paperwork and when we called he gave us wrong information. He also stopped to tell me I was "pretty", which was just weird.
It was okay. Took way too long, put us in lounge with broken vending machines and an empty box of coffee pods for over an hour. Rates and stuff they force you to get ridiculous, like vin etching for 500 dollars. Going to bank to refinance. Great car, Ira great, but not sure I would go here again. Six hours way too long and the financing rate absurd.
