I went into Princeton Toyota with my Husband to get a new car. Alpha was not only prepared with all the answers to our questions, she was patient. After I left, I had questions, she made herself available to answer them. She was very thorough and didn't try to confuse us. I appreciate her honestly and knowledge and now we are the proud owners of the new RAV4. I would recommend Alpha at Princeton Toyota to everyone that's in the market for a Vehicle.

I would rate their service ZERO if I could. They are truly professional CON ARTIST. I took my car 2020 Corolla to get looked at the other day and they quoted me $1,780.83 for my front axel and $130 for a wheel alignment. I took it to another mechanic and he said I needed a front hub bearing, brake pads, front rotors along with front left axel replaced. Everything cost less than $1900 and it was done by EOB. I was confused why Toyota didn't tell me my brakes & rotors were completely destroyed. They would of probably charged me between $3,800 to $4,000 all together. Moral of the story get a second opinion just to make sure all your car issues are resolved and nothing is missed or neglected!

Vehicle was completely dirty and not detailed . Vehicle was not finished and driven 1.5 hours and staff was rude and condescending. Don't use this company for auto collision they are very difficult to work with .

Did they change management?! I had always experienced good service at Princeton Toyota up until today. I called to make an appointment to service my car and asked if they accept other dealership's coupons. The person said they would accept certain locations in which I found one that would work (just an oil change). When I got to the counter, I met service person Noe Garcia. He seemed nice at first and proceeded to enter my info. When I showed him the coupon he said that this one is too far and I said but that's what the person on the phone said they would accept. He said no. I was upset that he showed a lack of customer service skills. I said I'll take my business elsewhere in which he told me to go back to valet to get your car. Wow! Is that how you treat a long time customer. He couldn't even see my other 2 Toyotas I have on-file!! I use to take my Toyota's here but now I'll just go elsewhere. I hope they read the reviews and give better training to their service personnel.

It was one of the best Toyota showrooms I have seen with friendly staff and good housekeeping. They have a specious customer sitting area with kids corner and self service coffee vending machine.

Typical dealership. Liars, scammers and thieves. Bought a vehicle with a manufacturer defect and the dealership was unwilling to fix it. Do not purchase your vehicle from here. They only smile when you need to purchase a vehicle. Once you've purchased one, the employees won't go out of their way to make things right. I plan on contacting the BBB on this fraud of a business.

Make yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car for servicing here. I have to say they are carrying a bit name TOYOTA but no one understands whats going on there. I was told to put $300 for break pad replacement and I feel no difference. That's ok with me but someone should be able to explain what they did.. no one! The sales person said I don't know and mechanics are busy... what??? where did my money go? Drop your car there and get ready to receive calls for asking multiple things to be fixed and drain out your dollars like you never thought. I understand that cars do need repairs time and time again but you will be horrified the repairs they quote. I will love to take my car to any other authorized Toyota service place or a reputed mechanic's shop but not here, period. I have gotten my other cars service done outside and I am super happy. I feel I am cheated here at Team where no proper explanation for what you are paying. It is totally a hit or miss place and I can't take that. NOW I BELIEVE ON THE REVIEWS POSTED ON YELP AND UNDERSTAND WHY THEIR RATING IS SO LOW.

Their body shop is extremely unprofessional and does not follow any timelines at all. An order of any simple part takes forever and is only updated after you drop a car. Not recommended at all

One of the only dealerships in the NJ/PA area charging you the MRSP and not a dime more. Other dealerships are charging "adjusted market fees" that are thousands on top of the msrp. and blame it on supply and demand. I called at least 20 dealerships and the Princeton location was one of the only ones sticking to the msrp. This place was honest and professional. Highly recommend Fred, he's an honest guy, not your typical salesman.

I had a positive experience at Team Toyota of Princeton. The Sales Professional Hector, that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Car buying can be a daunting process, I felt as if I was treated honestly and fairly.
