My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to start. A Sleep Number commercial came on and we made an appt. I loved that Sleep Number showroom had only a few products so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. Our Sleep Number Pro Todd was beyond amazing. He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.

I had the opportunity to have Todd Ecksel as my Sleep Number consultant- I don't say salesman because he is unlike others I have worked with. Todd was very knowledgeable about his product and made recommendations for my family and I. He let me choose what was best for me and I could not be happier with the mattress that I went with. Todd was able to narrow down some options based off of how I sleep and what was important to me. Highly recommend that you ask for Todd Ecksel and give him an opportunity.

I ordered a mattress here several months ago. The delivery date keeps getting postponed, but I don't get any notifications. Worst service.

I never thought I would own a Sleep Number. After months of shopping for a mattress and feeling like they were all the same, Aaron @ the Lawrenceville NJ store helped change our minds. He was able to answer every question we had (there were alot)! He also helped us narrow down which of the 4 mattresses we tried in store was the best for us. Cant wait for our delivery!

Be Aware! My fiancé and I stopped in this store after doing some research on the different beds available. We are both medical professionals in the ER, so managing sleep is a big component in ours lives in order to serve and save the lives of others.At first impression we thought we received amazing customer service, however after receiving the products we realize that the salesperson was not at all truthful. He inaccurately described the products and policies of the sleep number company. Frankly, it is bordering fraud.Extremely unhappy with the experience and probably the worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Charles in the Quakerbridge Mall truly went above and beyond to make this process fun, informative, and easy. He really listened to what me and my Mom wanted to improve in our sleep and gave me a heads up on when a good sale was coming and gave great tips for financing. Having an adjustable bed is a big treat I'm giving to myself, and I'm really impressed with the staff.

We had a great time at the sleep number store at Quakerbridge Mall! We tried out a few beds and talked to Charles, who was most helpful and very professional. He explained the different thicknesses and the different qualities of beds that were available whether we were getting a king split or a king split top. He explained the kind of Base that's available and the heating and even pillow options.We did end up actually purchasing the i8 360 king size bed from Charles who stayed late the night before his vacation to take care of our every wish! Not many people do that. ??We highly recommend both Charles and the Quakerbridge store and we are anxious to receive our new bed in the coming weeks. Five star service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐PS, I did go back and buy the pillow also ?

Gina was excellant from the time we entered the store, to her 1 follow up phone call, to the final purchase. She was upfront with all of the costs and knowledgeable about the different mattress types and bed systems. She let us take our time finding the perfect mattress for us. Thanks again Gina!

Eric was an extremely informative sales associate. He was helpful in explaining the technology and different mattress options. After our initial store visit he followed up periodically (and definitely not in an annoying way) until we were ready to purchase. It was an enjoyable experience working with him and this store in general.
