Very rude behavior from the sales woman at the checkout. I was trying to return a pair of shoes but she didn’t accept the return as I didn’t have the box (which makes sense as the box has the barcode). However her behavior was so unpleasant and disrespectful. She could have explained it in a friendly manner. I expected them to give a store credit or an exchange offer since I don’t have the box, but they just didn’t give any, which was very surprising.I just wanted to bring manager’s/owner’s attention to this experience. If you are planning to grow business, I would recommend to be a bit more careful with the staffs you hire.

6th shoe store I have been to today. I think the other stores combined had like 5 wide shoes. I was crying by shoe store 4.Not only did they have wide shoes, but they had enough of a selection I could actually pick from multiple of my size...and I got both dress shoes and sneakers. Also they were the only store to have easy to read stickers for wide shoes.They had some technical difficulties with the register, but they quickly fixed it.Prices were more reasonable than most shoe stores, but that isn't saying too much. Staff were helpful in telling me about how to find wide shoes.

I visited the store in Quaker Bridge and the lady assisting the customers was just horrible with a extremely rude behavior. Such behavior is a sign for the business will go down and the store will be an history if not corrected. So, this note is to bring my experiences to the Manager of the store. I’m more than happy to talk to share my experiences if required.

Manager and employees both do poorest behavior and don’t treat nicely to customersThey both are females they don’t manage properly the customer standing in queue for payment or returns they don’t tell customers regarding store policies neither printed on receipts normally policy are on receipt they don’t do store has good quality products but both female manager and employee have behavior issue with customers they treat customers rationally and get aggressive quickly. I would love to go in store future if they both female one is young age and other is in 70 s of her age treat well to their customers or should be exchanged with another employees or new May be.Sorry for bad reviews but this is for their employees female not for store.The reason they don’t know how to talk nicely to customers . My friend had same issues with them.

Extremely rude staff. They borderline abuse the customers, they are patronising and not helpful at all. Most of all, they are a bunch of staff that want to get off work early. They closed the store today 20 mins earlier than the advertised time and drove customers away (on Sunday, they are meant to be open till 6pm). Closed the tills early and refused to serve at 5.40 on a Sunday, when they are meant to be open till 6pm . Very poor store and suggest everyone to avoid visiting this place at all costs!!!

Sunday afternoon , number of associates / employees in the store more than number of customers. Employees including one looking like a manger made it feel they are doing a favor to the customer by their presence. Rude behavior , never looking to earn customers business by understanding why they come to the store rather than online , would never want to come back here againClassic example of why retail is a mess as it is. Location like this will close soon. Guaranteed.

Stepped in the store at 5:30 pm on a sunday, Store closes at 6pm.Went there to exchange a pair of shoes but the workers didn't allow me to exchange shoes, I went 30 mins ahead of closing and still they were yelling at me and dating we are avout to close please leave the store. exchanging shoes shouldn't take not more than 5 mins.They were rude with me and yelled at me like hell, wish I would have fired them rifht a way if I was the owner of that store.Requesting the owner to fire them and hire good employees.Otherwise you can't make more business because of their bad behavior with customers.

Got 3 pairs of shoes for $135. Staff was attentive and friendly. Will visit again when I'm in town.
