Not good experience at the store . I have waited a while hoping experience would get better but they just keep screwing up. Store Customer service is not helpful
Now it has been 3 different poor experiences
Placed an online order after hours and wanted to make a change. There is absolutely no way you can get in touch with the store after hours. The store does not have Voicemail setup, their app does not allow order edits or cancel and they don’t reply to emails
Also- color matching is not good. I took something for match and they made me buy it even when color was not even close to the sample itself.
Another experience -Staff misplaced one digit in paint order I placed which resulted in different color.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The pain is much better than the one I got from Home Depot. Just be careful about other items. They are much cheaper everywhere else.

This guy behind the desk needs and attitude adjustment. I’ve been in the store three times now and every time I’ve been in there he’s had an attitude problem.

The Customer Service was awful. Grumpy, No hello, nothing. He made an assumption of what I wanted and told me it couldn't be done without actually asking me what I needed. Then when I told him, apparently this could be done. I asked about wall paint finishes and told me 'they are out front'. I had to leave without buying anything it was that bad.

Great customer service and staff. I am an aspiring Eagle Scout from Troop 10, Monmouth Junction. Michael helped me out and the store generously donated paint and paintbrushes to my Troop. I appreciate their support. Definitely reccomend.

Sherwin-Williams may be a prestige brand in paint but when it comes to wallpaper you're pretty much consigned to doing things the way handymen in the 1950's took care of business. Go to the SW store, look through volumes of swatch books from the leading manufacturers and hope against hope that your chosen pattern hasn't been discontinued. Little did we know that wallpaper in 2023 is only slightly less popular than lead-based paint and plastic slipcovers on your furniture... fully explaining the evaporating selection. It seems that the contractor gods of HGTV have convinced all but the most stubborn resistance that wallpaper is a time portal back to grandmas and that modern paint can be arrayed in any look or texture, even matching the intricacies of your prison tattoos. Will wonders never cease? Now that I am part of the design resistance, my contrarian instincts just feel right. Thanks Sherwin-Williams. Four textured stars.

We bought a swing set with for my Granddaughter. The place said they used Sherwin Williams paint and gave us the color so when we needed to paint again we could use the same color. Two years have gone by and we need to paint our swing set. We went to Sherwin Williams in Lawrenceville and brought our paint color. The gentleman behind the counter said oh yea we have that but I can’t sell it to your because we got a big contract yesterday and I can’t sell you any of our current inventory. I said could you show us which one it is. He took us over to the shelving area and there were over 10 gallons of paint on the shelves. I said you can’t sell us any of that he said no, we have a customer who purchased all these. I said why are they still on the shelves and he really didn’t answer. He told us to go to Trenton they have it. I said I live right down the street and that’s why I came to you. I felt that the gentleman behind the counter told me indirectly that the customer that purchased all the paint was more important than I so I decided that there are other paint stores that could service me and I was correct. When I left the store I called up Kucker Haney Painting in Hamilton and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. What I expected from Sherwin Williams I didn’t get. I won’t be going to Sherwin Williams any longer

I was very satisfied with the service, the cleanliness of the store and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their paint is a little pricey but the quality off the paint makes it worthwhile.

Always out of stock and it takes 20 minutes to buy a quart of paint with two employees and no customers in the store. So annoying!
