My mom and I came here in June and it was the best haircuts either of us has had. I had ben coming on and off for years and will continue to come back, such great people and care and the haircuts are fantastic

I like this place. Amber did my 10 year old’s hair cut but prices have ridiculously done up.Simple trim and blow dry would cost around $60 for a 10 year old.

I didn't even go there to get my hair done I went and asked for help with my hair to see what they could do and the lady just straight up scolded me.So my hair needed to just be cut badly and needed some treatment which I could do at homeShe said that everything I use was wrong like 90% of the shampoo and conditioners are wrong my routine of using queen Helene is wrong even tho I have been using everything for years now my hair is fine it just actually needed to be cut she assumed my hair was chemically damaged which it wasn't she was so hellbent on assuming it was chemically damaged so I was like yeah sure I couldn't argue with her despite that I know but she just wanted to be racist and state that Hispanic salons love to add chemicals to people's hair which is not true it was that they left me in hooded dryer for a good hour on 400 degreesEven told me straight up that suave shampoo could work on me like lol no what?!More so it was because a previous salon that kinda fried my hair in a hooded dryer on 400 degrees they didn't put any protection cept curlers so I know my hair was dried out and everything because it was the heat that brought it lifeless then started going on about how hooded dryers can't damage hair which yes they can if left for a long time which happened then started saying that these Hispanics love to add chemicals in people's hair which no I didn't get a chemical in my hair butAs I was about to go through the appointment she starts talking to some old dude and having a conversation no longer helping me so I got fed up and leftAnyway I went to Beauty Bar and salon instead they were very kind of supportive of what I was using gave me tips for my curly hair and cut all the ends and trimmed it to make it less frizzyPlease for people with damaged hair go to beauty bar don't go to a mall salon especially if you're a half black woman like me she made me so embarrassed to even be mixed with how she spoke to me I felt so offended and uncomfortable

I had the best experience ever in Regis today. I had stepped in for a haircut, the hairdresser Amanda was very talented enough to provide a fantastic haircut that I am feeling so good to flaunt around. She is a wonderful person to talk too. I really admire the way she took so much time in cutting and styling my hair. The best hairstylist I have ever met. Thank you Amanda!!! And I am going to make sure I visit regularly.Service: Haircut

I came in to get my hair dye and Chuck being very rude he just touched my hair and said oh this gonna be $250 !! And then said he's not gonna dye it and told me he gonna just trim it and then cut 6 inches off way more then I wanted . Very poor service he didn't even clean his scissors still had hair for another customer and same as the brush. The other workers were eating in front of me and had their kids running around I would not recommend this but what do u Expect from a mall hair salons

I am super picky about how my hair is cut, especially when it's short, but I've come here a couple times and love it every time. I always bring a reference pic, and he lets me know how it'll look on me with my face and hair texture, and he even helped me pick out a color for my skin tone. I always feel so good after my appointments.

THE HAIR SALON IS NICE AND CLEAN, LIKE BEFORE COVID 19, NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ALL OF US (LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT) FOR SURCHARGE TO CLEAN THEIR SALON, WHAT? WHAT DID THEY DO BEFORE COVID 19, THEY CLEAN IT THEN. THIS IS TOTALLY OFFENSIVE AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOMETHING WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH OR CAUSE. AND ALSO WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TWO WEEKS AHEAD. WHEN I COME IN DON'T TELL ME TO HURRY UP BECAUSE YOU HAIRDRESSER ? HAD SOMEONE CALL YOU 11:00 THE SAME DAY AND IT WAS A BIG JOB, AND COMPLAIN TO ME YOU'LL BE THERE TILL NIGHT FALL, WHAT A JOKE. TELL HER TO CALL AHEAD OF TIME LIKE EVERYONE IS SUPPOSE TO OR TELL HER TO COME LATER AFTER MY APPT. THAT I BOOKED TWO WEEKS AHEAD. LOOSE THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME. THANKS

Ronny cuts my hair and he is very considerate. He did highlights in my hair and they are absolutely gorgeous. He is also just a very kind person in general. I will definitely be coming back!
