I’ve been putting off purchasing a new mattress because it is such a laborious process. So many decisions/options ; firm, soft, pillow top, foam - it is really overwhelming. I went to R & F and was greeted by William who immediately started me through the process. He was great and really helped me to narrow down my options and expedite the process (although it still took awhile). William was knowledgeable and patient and didn’t give me a lot of bs sales talk. He kept to the point and gave me the facts which I truly appreciated. I made my decision and we closed the sale painlessly (but, mattresses aren’t cheap ?). Great experience so far. Will update this review re: delivery, setup etc once it happens. Big thank you to William .

I recently bought a couch from Raymour and Flanigan in Lawrenceville, and I had such a positive experience. AJ was absolutely fantastic to work with; he was helpful and informative and was never pushy. He seemed genuinely invested in helping me find the right couch, and I’m very grateful!
I got the carmine queen sleeper sofa in sugar shack stone, and I love it! The delivery was smooth and easy as well. Overall, I definitely recommend!

I bought most of my furniture in those store. That includes my mattress. At the time of purchase, there was a nice manager. Very polite and customer service was very good.
It's unfortunate that mattress started saging. So I came back to ask for exchange ( according to 10 year warrantee). I started talking to a sales rep as a manager interrupted. He was rude. He told me that I needed to send him pictures. So I did. It has been a while with no answer. But every time I walk into the store, he makes sure to greet me not with "hello" but with " I told you I ll contact you when I have an answer. We have lots of stores and we are busy".
That is some service. Hope all those people are not returning mattresses.
In any case, I don't think that is the way to treat your customers.

I meet with Lee Voo who was an attentive sales person. There was no pressure to buy. I returned to the store a few weeks later and purchased the furniture. Waiting now for delivery!
