Had an absolutely wonderful experience here.After confirming that items were in stock and placing a deposit, the store called the next day to say that there had been a mistake and not all of the items were available.Edwin went above and beyond to rectify the above miscommunication. He was so apologetic, kind and professional. Most importantly- he helped me to get a full set of Polywood chairs at a great price and loaded them carefully for me.Will absolutely be shopping here again and will be sending anyone looking for an extensive selection and knowledgeable, thoughtful staff.

This was our second purchase from Patio World our first last year being a Polywood bench in Sand, and now they had the Polywood Nautical dining table and Vineyard high back arm chairs in stock in Sand that we wanted at a pre-season 10% discount price. I am pleased with the quality of what we ordered, the customer service and the speed of delivery. My family was in the market for new patio furniture and we wanted something a bit more durable than our old powder coated set, which was rusting. Perry directed us to a teak dining set that's definitely a change for us -- we've never had wooden furniture before-- but it's coated with a special finish that makes it all weather. Very much looking forward to enjoying the furniture and seeing how it holds up over the years!

Great Service & found just what I wanted! My kids have been bugging me for an outdoor set we could use year-round--S'mores at the fire, breakfasts outside, etc. So as soon as Patio World opened for the season I took a drive over there and found an amazing all-weather swivel chairs with a firepit. We got delivery in 2 days. Thanks to Edwin who really helped me select the right set!

My issues with Patio World have been resolved. The owner and employees have worked to make things right, and my ordered cushions are about to be delivered. Because I have dealt with this company in the past and there were no problems, I would shop at this store again. I have not been able to change my earlier review. The store has reopened after a winter hiatus which makes sense in our climate.

Look forward to the warm weather when we can fully enjoy it. Furniture is beautiful and cushions are very comfy. Hope to get many years of use on covered porch. Arrived in perfect condition. Communication with delivery driver was good also. I highly recommend Patio World!
