I had a great workout. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment was great. Well maintained, Cybex, Arsenal, Hammer, even Nautilus. Stop in and see for yourself.

I love this gym. Beginners, intermediate and experienced lifters all are welcomed. The gym edict of the members is extremely good. The staff are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the gym.

Was here over the weekend and wasn't really impressed at all. Definitely better & more affordable gyms in the area. Definitely need to remodel bathrooms. Would rather workout at Orange Theory.

Atmosphere is very motivating. Price is excellent and they don’t lock you into a contract! Switched here from NJAC. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as far as basketball courts, etc. I just go to the gym to lift and this gym has good machines and everything else I need. Staff is also friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

Been a member now for about a year. Place has an unreal atmosphere full of motivated individuals getting after it everyday. There is no better gym in NJ for the cost of membership than NSF

Lots of remodeling needs to be done, the showers are in poor condition. The music can be rather loud as well. But the staff is super nice and there is a great selection of protein snacks and beverages

I’ve been attending Nonstop Fitness since March and it’s hands down the best gym I’ve been a part of. The staff is amazing and the trainers are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. After joining the gym I started on my bodybuilding journey with the owner David and was extremely proud of my results. I lost about 10 pounds and watched myself get to new lows on the scale. He guided me every step of the way and always had my best interest at heart. we worked together to find foods and exercises that I enjoyed the most and made a plan fully around me which made the journey very realistic and attainable to my current lifestyle. I recommend this facility to anyone that’s looking to bodybuild or anyone that just wants a gym that feels like home.

I signed up with the owner coach David to train to become a bodybuilder. In 4 months working with him I saw no results and made no changes. He charged me almost $500 a month and on top of that I had to pay for a gym membership at his gym. Stealing and scamming is wrong. I don't think he ever seen me as a bodybuilder he just wanted my money. He focus on the athletes he likes and more of the female athletes. I got zero results. Stay away from here. The coach has favoritism and it's just a waste of time. Hopefully they'll get shut down because you reap what you sow. I lost 40 lbs by myself but with him I couldn't even lose 2 pounds. Don't be faithfully blind like I did with this coach. Screen these scammers and thieves before you trust them.

Great gym at a great price. Erwin, the Australian personal trainer, is awesome, friendly, and so knowledgeable. Truly astounding level of expertise whether it be for general fitness or advanced rehab. Kylie who frequently works the front desk is super friendly and welcoming.

Great vibe decent equipment but definitely getting bang for your buck. Don’t have a lot of bad things about this gym except the locker rooms could be a little better
