Update:
Misdiagnosed by these guys, a different mb dealership actually listened to what we said, and fixed the issue, it was an egr cooler, don't let these guys argue with you about it being an egr valve if you already cleaned it.

Dropped our van off for some issues under warranty, although they were very fast with service, now our van has a different issue that should have been fixed the first time if they would have just test drove it.
They don't listen very well, and try to fix the problems the easiest way, even if it doesn't actually address the real issue.
Still having starting issues on a brand new vehicle, and surging problems, makes the van very uncomfortable to drive because every 30-45 seconds it bucks or surges.
You have to double check their work because they didn't put back every little connector, it's just a lack of attention to detail.
Very frustrating when we have to drive over 2 hours to drop the van off, because we aren't allowed to wait.

My experience with Alex Shaparin and Richard Brittingham was excellent. Alex was my primary agent and he was quick, friendly and very professional. I felt welcome at all stages of our interaction, from the initial emails to the purchase. Richard did a fantastic job welcoming us at the railway station when we arrived, explaining the functions of our new car, and following up with us on our potential remaining questions. I worked with several MB and BMW dealerships before and this was my best experience so far.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. I've had to take my Mercedes in four times for the same issue, and each time they charged me for things that should have been covered under warranty. The staff has been consistently unhelpful and downright rude. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service.

I took my car in for service on Tuesday morning for an appointment to fix the A/C that was blowing hot, a teleaid alert and cooled seats not working. The advisor stated that they could get to it late morning / early afternoon. When I did not hear anything near closing time, I reached out and could not get an answer. I tried the dealerships texting service and got a reply back the next morning that they were unable to get to it. Same thing Wednesday. Same thing Thursday. They finally looked at it Thursday around 3pm. Which is wild enough for a big dealership after I had an appointment three days prior. Service advisor indicated that they needed “more diagnostic” time. Friday afternoon I get a brief text telling me they sourced the problem and gave me a giant estimate to fix it “including the diagnostic time”. Ok fine, just get it done. The estimate when I dropped the car off was originally $900 to figure out the A/C problem plus the other two issues and had ballooned to $2850 plus tax to make the repair. And the seats ended up being fine so no cost/time on those. I then get another message that some additional part is required for $400. So I’m not sure if it was just careless or what but now this is getting crazy. And the kicker? They asked me for a deposit which I said I was OK with even though I thought it was a little strange, but maybe they thought I wouldn't pay or the car wasn't expensive enough I'm not certain. They asked me to pay online so I asked for an invoice to be sent so I can see the breakdown. The invoice shows $1900 worth of work, all kind of a mess. Including a charge to fix the seats which are working as I mentioned. I messaged back that the invoice wasn’t right and was informed that was normal. Ok. Why send an invoice that isn't right? I am trying to see a breakdown of what I am paying for? You obviously know the breakdown to arrive at that cost unless you just threw a number out there. The best part? I get the link to pay the “deposit” and it was for $3250, aka the entire cost of the work of which I have no idea how it breaks down. At this point I just threw my hands up and paid it to try and get my car back. That was on Friday afternoon. Here we are on Monday afternoon, after calling and sending more messages and I have no response so I’m not sure when I’ll get my car back at this point. It’s like when you know you are getting ripped off but you just want your car back. I should have read the bad reviews before coming here, seems the “diagnostic costs” are a recurring theme here. I am not one to write many reviews but this is so bad I wanted to put it out there and hope it helps someone else.

Worst customer service ever I had. Representative just hung up phone on me. Being so rude and mean and working in such place a big shame. Train your representatives please otherwise your clients start doing their service in other places. I was trying to schedule a service and agent was just insane. I understand its Monday but learn how to talk with people and how to treat people. Shame!
