“I stopped by here to try their Johnston Pork Roll (thank you YouTube for leading me here). This one does NOT curl up when I cooked their Pork Roll slices (so cutting the iconic edges is not necessary for this brand). Texture and flavor is outstanding! Definitely can tell it is made by hand and not overly processed like other Pork Roll/Taylor Ham brands. Goes very well with eggs and white rice.
Their kielbasa on a stick is really good too.

“The owners are friendly. They have meet in the freezers near the deli which I have found fresh. That is good in this area of Trenton which is a food desert. The prices are reasonable. You just have to be wise in what you buy. Deli is clean and cold cuts/salads are good”
