I grew up going to this mall and the recent staff is so rude and unhelpful. The store use to have staff immediately offer help, doors would be open, samples in the front, everyone was approachable. The last two times I’ve gone (a year apart) I mistook the staff for customers because I was so harshly ignored .. I didn’t realize one of the women was staff until she asked me not to squeeze and product I was about to buy .. when I went a year ago the same staff was busy talking to other staff until she needed to scold a customer … I’m seeing so many reviews about the same rude scolding woman and she’s made the store atmosphere hostile. Above all that at no point had anyone been approached by staff for help.. too busy talking to each other or just reorganizing products on the floor right next to us .. I’ve completely stopped going in. Especially when I see her.

I went to the Lush Cosmetics in Quakerbridge Mall, and the staff (two women, didn’t get their names unfortunately) were helpful and so pleasant. It smelled amazing in the store and I love how all their products are biodegradable. I bought a bar of the Karma soap, and it smells soooo good!

I had good customer service, I think her name is mary or I don’t remember exactly but she helped in choosing nice soap. I got one with eucalyptus and lemon grass and I loved it for my open pores and oily skin.

On Sat December 2,2023... I stopped at this store, never been in their ,first time to buy for my granddaughter the young ladies that work there was absolutely incredible polite and helpful with my granddaughter Christmas gifts.....Thanks you lady's..?.will be stopping by?

One of the staff was a bit rude. I made the mistake of opening a container (which i had already decided to buy) and she was harsh how she approached me. She was with another customer and interrupted their conversation to tell me not to open the container. I immediately apologized and said i’m so sorry, i’m actually purchasing this one. I went on to look for other products when I hear her again saying “customers come in and open the containers , i don’t care if they don’t have money cause I finna make them pay for it” i felt soooo embarrassed by that comment that i grabbed one more item, paid and left. please don’t treat your customers like that. let alone talk about them to other customers . keep it professional. The only young lady who helped me at the counter was super nice.

I visited this location this evening 10/21/23 , with my 8 year old daugther while we waited for our takeout order from the Cheesecake Factory.I would like to start off by saying that I am always a BIG FAN of LUSH , and the amazing products. As soon as I walked into the store, I immediately felt compelled to find a facial skin care cleaners for the upcoming fall/winter season. My 8 yr old was so excited to smell and try out the cool sample products on display. We were initially greeted by a welcoming staff member, who tried her best to answer the many question presented by my daugther ( great engagement). Although she was only a kid, the representative tried to provide a kid friendly response that would be easy for her to understand. Fast forward to my not so good experience, with whom I suppose was either the manager or some sort of store leadership. This was an African American women who wore her hair in the natural state. She was originally in the back of the store near the register. Another cx walked in, and she rudely walked behind me said Excuse me. While I appreciate her saying excuse me, the tone that she used was not the friendliest. I brushed it off , and continued smelling a trying samples on my hand. She then came over to the side that I was on, and once again in a rude tone, said " You can't use your hands , you have to use a stick". I said ok, and started using the sticks. She then went to get something to scoop out from the products jars that I touched. This is something that could have been done in the back of the house , or after I left. It was very disrespectful to say the least !I walked to the other side of the middle station , now with a stick sampling more products.She then yells and says ," you can't touch the displays, you needuse the ones that says testers. "I then told her, if there was a specific way that cx should and should not try the display products. There should be a staff membor stationed at each counter to explain that prior to a cx trying out the items. ( I would hope that whomever that person is, that they would be more n a professional than she was ). She rudely directed another associate to pass her a paper towel , to put the scooped out product on that she assumed that I touched. As someone who is also a retail store manager of a telecommunication store with years of experience. I could not believe how rude she was, and the lack of sensitivity that she had with engaging with cx. The behavior that she displayed was really disheartening. At that point, there was no way that I was spending a penny of my hard earned money in a location that showed how much I was undervalued , and presented such a poor cx experience. It is my hopes this review gets read by someone in upper managment for LUSH , who would perhaps offer this specific employee additional training on cx engagement, professionalism , and how to lead by example. This was a terrible example of this and all of the above. I would be very surprised if this is the 1st time that a complaint was made for this individual. I'm the type of cx that will advocate for a business to tell the world about my amazing good experience and/or great product. I'm also the cx that will share my bad experiences in hopes of sparing my family or friends of an awful cx interaction. You probably already guessed, that by taking all into consideration, I left the store without making any purchases. As a RSM , I know that its important to leverage and maximize every opportunity that you get to work with a cx . Lets be honest , the number of ppl that actual goes into a mall has decreased tremendously. So the thoughts of the impact that this individual could have on a business with her terrible cx service might require a more indepth look. The Lush in Cherry Hill Mall never misses a beat. It might be a great idea to have her cross train there. To get a better understanding of what right looks like . A great cx experience can go a long way , and even further on a survey. This my friend wasn't it ! I would rather take

This is seriously the best Lush store I have been to!! It is so put together visually and the employees are amazing!!!!! I love coming in and make it a point to come in rather than shopping on-line when possible.

I recently visited the LUSH store at the Quaker Bridge Mall. I will not ever return back to this location, due to the two very rude female employees that i dealt with today. One employee stated that i could not open a sample of a LUSH product, because it could contaminate the product. Well, what’s the purpose of having samples for skin products? Since the employee’s attitude was horrible, I walked away and was followed around the store by the same employee. Once I arrived to the cash register, a second employee stated that she will not allow me to purchase the item(s) due to the brief exchange with the other employee. Not to mention, I was also warned that security would be contacted, when I did not nothing to neither of the employees. I cannot believe the lack of decency from both of these employees. Still, I am waiting on a response from the store management regarding this situation.

I come to this Lush OFTEN but tonight was just a different experience than I’ve ever had here. Everyone who works here is always very nice but tonight I spoke with Tuepea and Stephanie and they were incredible! I felt super comfortable around them, as if talking with old friends. They weren’t super sales-y (in a way that can be intimidating or overwhelming) they let me browse and answered my questions when I had them. They were just genuinely kind and helpful. You can tell they love their job and what they do! They made me remember why I love Lush so much, not only because of the great products, but because this is a company that truly stands behind its morals and cares about people. Thank you Tuepea and Stephanie, you both made my night!

i’ve always loved lush & their products. but this particular day one of the workers was being very disrespectful & continued to lecture me about accidentally touching the wrong soap bar. it was not clear that the testers were on silver plates, and i simply picked up the soap bar to smell it. she gave attitude to me & my friends the entire time that we were there. i don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

This is one of my favorite shop in Quakerbridge mall and I have been using lush for many years. However the support staff I met yesterday were very rude. They had zero patience to explain the products. Pls ensure support staff are at the bare minimum courteous.

The employee was very rude as if I was doing them a disservice by walking in. In fact, so turned off, my friend and I talked about how we'd be ok never spending money with Lush again. I almost wish the employee would have continued to ignore us on her laptop rather than speak to us.
